I love the cute lettuce edge on the top of these socks and the bows are adorable too.
These are what I'd consider "dress socks" in that they aren't as thick as my regular socks.
I can see my toenails through these socks and my skin on the upper part of my foot too so they will be more summer socks for me if they last.
The bows are very cute and well attached but their placement isn't consistent from sock to sock.
For example, on the black pair, the bow on the sock I chose to put on my left foot is on the left side of my foot. But on the sock on my right foot, the bow is on the front of my leg.
On the beige pair, the bows are on the same side of the sock. This means they are either both showing on the left side of each leg, or the right side of each leg.
I really wish these socks were attached to it other in a different way. The plastic T is extremely hard to remove after cutting the plastic. I almost gave up and tore it out but I was certain I would have torn a hole in the sock. It probably took me 10 minutes to get it off without causing damage.
To give you an idea of how breathable these are, my feet were quite cold in these today (it's a super cold, snowy day) and I put my thick foam, fuzzy slippers on. My feet didn't sweat at all but they did get nice and warm.
As far as sizing goes, I wear a size 9 1/2 women's shoe. These fit comfortably from toe to above my ankle. The material is very soft and I feel no restriction anywhere, not even across my toes or where my feet are wide. The fit is perfect.
I'm saving the white pair for late spring and can't wait to wear them with cute shorts.
If the crooked bows bother you, the socks are loose enough that you could twist them to make the bows line up more.
These are cute enough that the value is there for me. I'd prefer more attention to detail when it comes to bow placement but since two of my pairs of socks are different, you might end up with 3 pairs that are perfect. Again, just be super careful when removing the plastic T that holds the socks together.
