I tried my 1st application of Batana Oil yesterday. I used 1/4 tsp. to message on my scalp to the ends of my hair. I noticed the oil seemed to not feel as oily as when i was putting it on. It seems my hair was in need of a really good hydration. My scalp and hair sucked it up! I experimented with how long I could keep it on my scalp. I kept it on my hair while i slept, then wore my hair in a ponytail the next day. At the time, my hair was feeling very soft and hydrated, especially at the ends of my hair. After 15hrs on my scalp, I had to finally wash it out. My scalp started to itch a little bit. After a wash and air dry, I was surprised how silky and soft my hair felt. Even, my coarse grey strands of hair felt soft. I don't know if this oil will help with hair growth, its too early to tell. However, it certainly helps to hydrate my hair making it feel soft and silky. For this reason, I intend to keep using it. Also, I like it's aroma of coffee. It's not noticeable after it's wash out of your hair. The price is reasonable. I recommend it to others wanting to maintain hydration of their hair and scalp.
