The RV30 Max is a 2-in-1 vacuum & mop combo. It includes Anti-Drop protection, which allows the robot to detect step edges and respond in milliseconds to prevent falls. It also includes a climbing angle of 20°. There are 5 different suction levels included. The filter is an H11 HEPA. The battery capacity is 2600 mAh. The vacuuming area is 180 m2 and the mopping area is 200 m2. The robot vacuum cleaner also includes Smart Recharge & Resume, where the robot automatically goes to charging dock for recharge and then resumes cleaning from where it left off. You can also set up Virtual Walls and No-Go Zones on app. Place non-furniture items, such as decorative plants or pet beds, that the robot may push. Other features include real-time tracking, 3+1 multi-floor mapping, scheduled cleaning, breakpoint resumption, and carpet mode. On the app, easily add your carpets and rugs by size or room. Then, set your desired cleaning preferences. The robot provides 3 water flow options for mopping to suit different floor types. The cleaning direction is self-directed. The vacuum's included dock has auto dust collection with a suction power of 1700Pa and an included disposable 3L large, sealed dust bag. The robot dimensions are 13 x 13 x 3.9 inches. Included in the package is a robot vacuum cleaner (includes a HEPA filter, a main brush, and a side brush), a charging dock, a quick installation guide, a mopping attachment, a power cord, a cleaning brush, and a user manual. The robot's wireless connection is IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, 2.4 GHz band only and Bluetooth 4.2 (only for onboarding). The robot vacuum’s filter is washable and reusable. See Quick Installation Guide for instructions on how to clean the filter. This product is great for dog or pet owners who clean up their pet’s food, pet hair, and pet treat remains. This is a pretty well made robot vacuum. This is the first one I've owned so I don't have anything to compare it to. But I've seen older ones that just move around and bump into things and this is a huge upgrade from that. The mapping function works pretty well. It will go around the house and map it out and does a good job at that. Using the app you can then go in and edit the map to section off rooms and set areas for it to avoid. Speaking of the app it works well. There are a few minor annoyances but overall it's extremely usable and mostly intuitive. Back to the robot, it does a pretty good job of cleaning. This is actually the cleanest my house has ever been. I have it set up to clean the whole house once a week and high traffic areas once a week (yes, you can do that in the app).

It is pretty good about picking up debris but occasionally misses things, especially when the bin gets full. My one complaint about the bin on this model that includes mopping is that it is very small because the water tank takes up a lot of room. My house isn't that big but it is always completely stuffed when done. I wish I could have separate bins for vacuuming and mopping. The battery lasts just long enough to do the whole house so if you have a large house it probably won't do it all in one session. The mopping function works good enough even though you can only put plain water in it, no detergents. So basically it's just wiping up the floor, not really cleaning it.

I like watching how it works because I'm an engineer and that sort of thing interests me. Even though it's amazing how good it works, I see a lot of room for improvement in the algorithm. Sometimes it doesn't take the best path. Sometimes it even goes psycho. There was one spot where it would just sit there and bang its head against the wall until I moved it. I was able to fix it by remapping that room though.

Even though there is room for improvement I would still recommend this.
