    I understand that there are more and more of these types of sodas coming on to the market, and everyone that I have tried is a hit or miss. We received the Cream Soda, Root Beer, and Dr cove variety pack. I can definitely get behind the dr. cove flavor, but at about $2.50 price point per can it is not something that I can see myself getting again. If or when I get something like this, I'd probably opt for some that have fiber included.

    Also like a lot of others, the Root Beer is not for us. I did not even finish the can, after a few sips I was done. And it seems like if it was not cold, the flavor exponentially got worse.

    I didn't realize until after I tried it, and didn't love it, that it's supposed to taste like traditional fountain soda, not regular ole soda pop. The taste definitely HINTS at the flavors they're meant to mimic (Dr. Pepper, cream soda, root beer) but not enough to actually make you want to reach for one of them instead of the real deal. It kind of reminds me of seltzer water in that way, since you can tell there should be a certain flavor there, but your mouth is left disappointed. And considering the cost, it's a definite miss for me.

    This Cove brand soda is a probiotic soda. It arrived in good condition. This box is a variety pack of three flavors. Dr. Cove, Root Beer, and Cream Soda.

    To start none of them are high carbonated. After having been shipped on an 鶹 van, I expected there to be your typical shaken soda danger of vigorous opening. That didn't happen.

    Flavor wise these are your typical stevia sweetened product with the distinctive stevia flavor. If you aren't a fan of stevia, you probably won't like these.

    For all of them, when you first take a drink of them, you get that immediate sensation and flavor of them. It is very much like the flavors you know. Dr. Cove makes you think Dr. Pepper, Root Beer is Root Beer, and Cream Soda is Cream Soda. That being said that sensation is fleeting and it is only there at the front and you quickly pick up the stevia flavor and those classic flavors are gone and you get something much different. Each drink you take repeats this, but that front sensation is more fleeting with each successive drink, especially if taking drinks in quick succession.

    Overall, these aren't bad soda, if you know what you are getting. My issue is they are quite expensive at $2.50 per 12 ounce can at their current price. Their main selling point is their probiotic nature with no sugar and vitamin C. For me, that just doesn't make them worth the high cost. If they were closer to $1.75 a can, I would probably give them a 5 star rating.
