Why doesn't this power bank charge my phone at 45W?
This power bank supports up to 45W, but some phones don't accept that much power. Even for phones that do, charging speed may slow down as the device heats up to protect the battery. It's normal for the smart display to show below 45W while charging.

Can this power bank charge my laptop?
We don't recommend using this power bank to charge laptops. Due to its limited capacity and heat buildup during high-power output, it cannot sustain 45W charging for long. It's best used for quick top-ups in emergency situations.

Why is the charging speed slower when using multiple ports?
To protect your devices, the power bank limits output when using multiple ports. Max single-port output is 15W when using 2 ports and 7.5W max per port when using 3.

Why won't the power bank recharge after being fully drained?
After heavy use, the battery cells may be too warm. Recharging will resume once the temperature drops to a safe level, protecting the battery lifespan.
