  • FLO Home chargers are compatible with all EVs. We offer both J1772 and NACS connectors, as well as work with EV manufacturer-provided adapters.

  • Charging time depends on factors like your EV’s onboard charger and the EVSE’s output power. With the X3, most vehicles will take about 6-8 hours for a full charge, depending on battery size and the charger output you’ve set up.

  • A qualified electrician is required for hardwired installations to ensure proper setup. For NEMA 14-50, an electrician is also recommended to ensure safe use with a quality 240V outlet and proper wiring for EV charging.

  • For hardwired: FLO Home X6 outputs 12 kW at 240V/50A. It can be adjusted for smaller breakers via a rotary switch and supports 3-phase 120/208 VAC. For NEMA 14-50: Max output is 9.6 kW at 240V/40A. To use 50A, hardwire it and set switch to 50A.

  • For hardwired X6: Factory set to 48 amps; requires 60 amp breaker. To use full 50 amps, an electrician can adjust it, needing a 70 amp circuit. For NEMA 14-50 plug-in: Requires 50 amp circuit for 40 amp output.
