Awesome little welder
I am a jack of all trades type guy and if it needs fixing, I'm usually trying to figure out how to do it. Having a welder in my tool chest is going to just increase what I'll be able to do. So this welder comes with everything you'll need to get started. It comes with a spool of wire size. 030"/0.8mm. Interestingly the tip on the MIG has preinstalled the 1.0mm size so make sure your wire and tip sizes match before starting. It comes with arc welding sticks that are fairly simple to strike an arc with. It has additional MIG tips, 3 sized 0.8mm and 2 sized 0.9mm. There is a simple plastic wire brush with a hammer to tap the slag off when arc welding. And there is a strap. I'm not sure the intended use the strap would be except to coil and strap everything together when not using. So as a beginner welder I found this kit very easy to use. The only thing that confused me was having to put the ground wire probe into the positive connection to use the MIG, and change it to the negative when using the arc. I'm guessing it sends a negative charge through the MIG wire. I've uploaded some pictures I took of what you get and a couple sample welds I did. keep in mind, I am a beginner. So the square tube welded on all 4 sides was first welded all around with the MIG and then on 2 of those sides I went over with the arc. Can you tell the difference? I also did another weld trying to simulate a seam on practice pieces. I think I did a lot better than the square tubing lol. This is a great machine that's easy to use. Only thing you'll need are a welders mask, welding gloves and appropriate clothing. I give 5/5 stars.

    This compact portable Mig Welder is superb for light duty welding jobs around the house or repairing outdoor equipment and vehicles. It is an all-inclusive welding machine. A generous spool of 0.8mm flux cored wire is included. You get the ground clamp, welding torch clamp, the wire, conductive nozzles, welding rods, and a slag hammer. The machine has a convenient handle on the top of the housing but also comes with a shoulder strap.

    I don’t have enough power in my garage to operate a large welder that requires 240-volts, so this machine is excellent for my needs. Its small and compact and doesn’t take up any room. Its lightweight and easy to move around.

    An excellent feature of this welding machine is the control system that automatically adjusts the voltage and wire feed speed. This makes it easier to use when you don’t have the skills as a seasoned welder has. The large digital display panel is easy to read and flipping from Mig to Stick welding is simple.

    This is an impressive welder and a great value for everything you get with it. With an output of 145-Amps, it should be fine for most household or outdoor equipment repairs, or light duty fabrication. I don’t have any negative comments to make about this product.

    I got this for my friend who is interested in trying to learn how to do some welding. I'm a DIY welder with a MIG setup, but the cost of a gas cylinder, etc. was too prohibitive for my friend. Flux core is the next best thing.

    This welder is tiny, being an IGBT unit. Very light and compact.

    It's 120V, which is good since most people don't have 220V available in their garage.

    The whip has a steel liner, which surprised me.

    This unit claims it can also do lift TIG (not sure how, since you'd need some way to feed argon and the manual doesn't explain -- it's not a great manual), but I don't know anything about TIG, so I'll just ignore that.

    It also can work as an arc welder and comes with a rod holder and some rods. I also know nothing about that, so no comment there, either.

    Internally the flux wire feed mechanism is pretty standard. Some plastic parts, but it works. A nice feature is that the wire feed speed is automatically controlled by the selected amperage, and based on material thickness and wire diameter. That takes a lot of the guesswork and trial and error out of it, which is nice for a beginner.

    Overall, for the money, this is a very good little welder at good entry-level price.

    I’m absolutely blown away by how good this tiny welder is. I recently did a small welding project using this welder, and it performed better than my Lincoln MIG welder. I always struggle to get spark, yet this little machine let me strike an arc every time and the wire feed worked flawlessly to keep a good pace. Using a standard household outlet, I was able to weld some heavier stock without any components or cords getting hot, and I didn’t trip any breakers. What’s more amazing is, I was able to do this with over 100’ of 12-gauge extension cord. I’m looking forward to doing more welding with this unit, and will probably start welding more often now that it isn’t a chore to lug around a huge, heavy machine. If you have any doubts about the capability of such a small welder, set them aside and grab yourself one of these.

    I spent 2 1/2 hours on 鶹 Customer Service over 35 representatives transferred me no one was able to help me and answer questions. The item had too much grease. It smelled like gasoline and did catch on fire and had some burn marks I wanted before even turning it on to reach out to the manufacturer and they would not do that for me and they would not put a ticket in and this is really frustrating.
