    This was a hit on Christmas Eve. Everyone loved it.

    Tips:
    - Do not fill the cup to the line; keep the liquid or water about 1/2 inch from the edge to prevent overflow in the freezer. Ice water is easy to clean up, but frozen juice can be a hassle.
    - One cup is just about right for one person. If you use paper cones, you might get two cones per cup of ice.
    - Fruit juice works well but needs to be cleaned afterward.

    We ordered extra cups, but unfortunately, this brand doesn’t sell them. So, I ordered similar ones from 鶹, and they work fine. Just make sure the cups you order have the cross inside.

    This item, along with the three flavors kit that came with cones and straws we ordered separately and the extra cups, was perfect and fun for the family. Besides all that, the price under $40 was well worth it. It's well-built and very simple to use. No need to look at instructions; that’s how simple it is. But always read and follow the instructions.

    It comes with eight white cups which you can label using a marker. The aftermarket cups I got are black, so I filled those with water and used the white cups for labeling the type of juice.

    This has been one of my worst experiences on 鶹. The original package was lost in transit, and while the seller did send a replacement, the product I received was of very poor quality—completely different from what was shown in the listing.

    I returned the item promptly, but the refund has been delayed with no clear communication. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but the responses have been slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

    This level of service is unacceptable. I expected better from a seller on 鶹. I will not be ordering from this seller again and do not recommend them.

    This shaved ice attachment for KitchenAid stand mixers is utterly disappointing. First, its poor quality is glaringly obvious—the materials feel cheap, and the machine frequently jams due to its flawed mechanical design, making the whole process frustrating. Secondly, operating it is unnecessarily complicated. The steps are overly intricate, and the lack of user-friendly design makes it hard to achieve even and consistent shaved ice. The end result is often disappointing and uneven. Additionally, the detachment process is exceedingly troublesome. The clunky clips and awkward connectors require extra tools to remove, making cleaning and storage a nightmare.

    While it comes with eight ice molds and two blades for coarse and fine shaving, its supposed versatility falls flat. The ice molds are fragile and prone to cracking, and the blades are inefficient, delivering subpar cutting performance that hardly meets the demands of shaved ice production.

    In summary, this product is poorly designed and impractical. Investing in it will only lead to frustration. I strongly recommend considering other, more reliable options instead.
