    This is the first time ever trying this product in any form. After just the first pill, it upset my stomach within an hour or two. I had that feeling all day, till I went to bed. I took it in the morning with food. The next day, I opened up the capsule and ONLY took half of the ingredients in a juice mixture. It was very bitter and taste like the "Rind" of a grapefruit. Bad mistake doing that but I had to try. I had to try and see if it would react the same way as the full capsule the day before....well, it did. Upset stomach again but it took a little longer. I also had the feeling of having to go to the washroom "ALL DAY" and that was NOT a nice feeling.
    The capsule is easy to swallow and there's no issue there, it just wasn't for me.
    Everyone is different, I am sensitive to many supplements and this is one.
    I asked for a refund and it is on its way.
    I can't recommend this stuff but it may react different to you. I will not be purchasing this again.
    I couldn't give it time to help me, it just was too uncomfortable.
