Update !
It runs the gen 3 but has no poe power for the lan connection ( router ) like I had assumed.
It also makes a weird noise when starlink is plugged into it that concerns me greatly. it seems to get hot under use.
First day using fingers crossed.

Manufacturer is shipping me replacement to try, they have been very helpful. I will update again once I get and test new one.
Manufacturer was really helpful and replaced the unit with their newest version. I hooked this one up and it works good. You still need an external dc power source for the wifi router.
Over all I am really happy with the service I was provided by the Manufacturer.
