Bought this for using primary with my ROG Ally X system cause it supports 100w charging. After getting it I have used if for pretty much everything. It will even charge my ASUS TUF laptop without issue. Like the robot design and the faces that let you know where the charge is at and all the different charging configurations you can use to get different wattages to your devices. The only complaint I have is that you need to buy a 100w cable separately. I bought the one ugreen recommends for this charger and it is a good cable just wish it came with the charger.

I have a 16 inch macbook pro, a macbook air, a pixel phone, an ipad, a watch and airpods. I was looking for a charger which could provide enough power for all devices and also charge multiple devices at the same time. Previously I'd been travelling with 3 different chargers.

When using all 4 ports, I can charge my macbook air, phone, ipad and watch at the same time. Both my macbook and phone were charging at 30W, my iPad charged at 20 and the airpods were charging normally. When I want to charge my 16 inch macbook, I just connect the charging cable to the first USB C port, remove everything else and it charges at 100W according to the system report on the laptop itself. Even when charging multiple devices at the same time at max wattage, the charger didn't get hot at all.

The charging animations are very cute in my opinion. They're not a necessary feature by any means, but I really enjoy looking at them when I take a break from my work. There are different emojis for different charging levels so I don't have to check my devices all the time to monitor the charge level. It's somehow fun - I look forward to charging my devices now, believe it or not.

The 'feet' which cover the prongs are not locked into the device. I personally just put the feet in my backpack when charging, so it's not a bid deal for me, but I have a feeling many people will lose this early on. Not a dealbreaker, but something that could be improved.

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase - I've gone from carrying 3 chargers to only one and my bag feels light. I've used a ugreen charger in the past which was very reliable, and I have a feeling this one will be the same.

I am very disappointed with what I had thought of was a top notch reputable company. Perhaps they will still do the right thing. Purchased this item about 6 months ago and put it in use less than a month ago to randomly charge iPad Pro, headphone and other tablets quickly. It worked well, but in less than a moth the screen and charging has completely stopped working without warning. �鶹�� gave me a support number to call which went no where, so I called them back and asked them to use this number themselves and they apologized they had the same issue. Used the support link, which linked to their website which describes what is required to send an item for warranty, but at the last line of the page indicated that warranty was only valid if purchased the Ugreen's Canadian site. So here I am on hold / in an over 4o minute conversation with �鶹�� to escalate to someone that can possibly help me. I have read reviews in the past where suppliers have reached out based on reviews and problems that customers may experience and hoping to hear from Ugreen. Will update my review if the problem gets resolved. I am shocked that this thing died so quickly. I disregarded other reviews claiming dead on arrival as unfortunate, but given I take care of my tech I would be fine.
