    Five years ago, our 2-year-old developed severe astigmatism due to too much screen time. We know it is time to take action. Therefore, we founded iKeelo, inspired by "Kindle", wishing our products could provide more screen-free playtime and ignite kids' interest in nature and science.

These kaleidoscopes are a fun throwback and kids love them! They're made of sturdy cardboard, which holds up better than the plastic ones. The colorful designs, featuring cute animals and characters, are eye-catching and kids really enjoy playing with them. They're also great for teaching little ones about patterns and reflections in a hands-on way. Perfect as party favors or stocking stuffers, they’re affordable and bring a lot of joy. However, be aware that they are a bit smaller than they appear in the pictures, and some of the kaleidoscopes didn't work as smoothly as expected.     This set of 12 little kaleidoscopes is mesmerizing and fun. The constantly changing images and shapes are beautiful and mesmerizing, like tiny works of ever-changing art, and are so cool to watch as you turn the knob on the end. The outsides of the kaleidoscopes are sweet and beautiful, though I wish we could have chosen which sets we wanted. I would have chosen just the unicorns, dolphins, giraffes, and elephants.

    All of the kaleidoscopes worked really well except for one dolphin one, which was one of my favorites and thus disappointing. When I turned the knob on the one dolphin kaleidoscope, sometimes the beads and images wouldn't change immediately like the others, and it would take a while for it to change. But all the other kaleidoscopes were responsive and worked well.

    These kaleidoscopes are small and lightweight, perfect for small hands, and easy to hold and to turn. It feels like they are made of really thick, sturdy cardboard, perhaps cheaply but well made. The outsides are attractive but the most fun is looking through the eye hole while turning the knob at the end and seeing all the beautiful transformations of patterns and colors and shapes.

    That there are 12 included with two patterns of each make these perfect for parties and loot bags, small get togethers, or small gifts.

    The beads at the end make noise when you turn the knob and can rattle a bit but that doesn't detract from the beauty of the patterns that the beads make and the way they fall perfectly into place and are refracted back.

    The designs that are made within the kaleidoscope are all so pretty, and they all looked different when I tried each one. There are probably hundreds or more than hundreds of variations of patterns which is so pleasing to the eye and the mind. They look like temporary stained glass pieces or works of art.

    These kaleidoscopes will delight kids and adults alike and inspire creativity and a love for art and color. It also will get kids off screens for a while.
