As you can see from my picture that my BBQ is in need of some replacement parts, and these flame shields will be great.

They are super easy to use, and I can’t see how they wouldn’t fit every BBQ out there?

My BBQ is an Expert Grill and the flame shield on my model is 14.57” long by 3.35” wide and 1.32” deep.

There is a ledge on the inside that this BBQ shield sits on, and a simple adjustment of the two pieces to suit your length and the twist of the screw and butterfly nut and you’re all set.

I’m going to treat these with oil first to try and prolong their use, but I’m sure they will be fine just as they are.
