The SD card slot is located under the camera lens. Please turn the camera up, then insert a up to 128GB SD card into the card slot with the metal side down. There is no SD card included.

Had received a camera as a gift with pan and tilt min used about 2 months then it just stopped working customer service said it was the whole camera after troubleshooting for about 1 hr company they said they could replace it with a receipt unfortunately as a gift we did not have one we could afford to buy the same again so bought this one it's loud it loads every 25 second so it takes a long time to play back anything it too sensitive when u don't want it and not sensitive enough when u need overal not happy don't waste your time

This camera is the worse I have ever seen. I had tested a few before I decided to settle for eufy outdoor ones.
