Q1: Will this work with my headphones or personal listening devices?

This transmitter works with compatible Auracast headphones, speakers, and personal listening devices used for assistive listening. Not all models are supported, so please check the compatibility list in the images before purchasing. For Auracast-compatible personal listening devices, we recommend Audikast 4HA.

Q2: Can I share TV audio with two (or more) people at the same time?

Yes. In Auracast mode, TV audio can be broadcast to multiple compatible receivers at once. In classic Bluetooth mode, the transmitter can connect to one device only.

Q3: My TV has no optical or AUX port. Can I still use it?

This transmitter requires an optical or AUX audio output from your TV. If your TV doesn’t have either, it may not be compatible. Please check your TV’s available audio outputs before purchase.

Q4: Will this help me hear TV dialogue more clearly without raising the volume?

Yes. You can listen through compatible headphones or personal listening devices for assistive listening at your own volume, without increasing the TV speaker volume. Many users find dialogue clearer and more comfortable, especially during longer TV sessions.
