This is an amazing little set. It was my first Fun Whole set. No missing parts. Great quality, great packaging and paper instruction booklet. Probably the best was the lighting. I have used Bricksmax in the past for lighting- FO goes wayyyy beyond. I just wish they would make their own lighting kits to buy to light up regular Lego sets. They have custom moulded bricks just to hold the lights in place and the bus bars. Amazing.

This product is inexpensive and was fun to put together until I realized that I was as missing a 6 inch cable that powered the interior lights (which was the main attraction in buying this).
So no problem, their product literature’s quite clear that they are responsive and will replace missing parts. So photos and info were sent to them almost 3 weeks ago and total silence. Repeated the whole process a week ago and still no reply. Glad I bought this little Newsstand as a trial before sinking big bucks in their larger models.

Major update. The missing part arrived this morning. In fact they sent duplicates of all the electrical parts. So my problem was solved but still no email or word from customer service. Thanks

As good as the "big brand"!
I'm a bit of a snob for the "big brand". Been a fan for decades. I've tried other brands, but honestly, they've all been pretty terrible...until now.
Aside from there being no logo on the studs, and the inclusion of parts that the "big brand" doesn't make (parts that I've been PRAYING FOR for many years now), you wouldn't know that this kit wasn't from the "big brand". Same heft, same clutch power, almost identical colour palette, etc.
Best of all, ALL elements are printed. No stickers to be seen!
At a price that works out to be less than ten cents per piece (the 'magic number' for fans of the "big brand"), with an included light kit, you cannot go wrong with this set.
Sure, the included minifig looks a bit goofy compared to the classic style from the "big brand", but honestly, I've seen a lot worse from other brands.
In conclusion: if you're even a little bit curious about this brand, or this kit, you owe it to yourself to pick this up. A small investment for a "Whole" lot of fun.
