unit was replaced by seller. The new unit is working as described and i am happy with it after several days.

i would recommed this seller for the customer support alone.. amazing!!

the metal ring fell off after 48 or so hours even when it was applied to a thoroughly cleaned back of phone.

2-
the phone falls off the mount on pretty much any decent bump in road. Going up a driveway in mycase it falls off each time. Thos barely holds one phone let alone the several stated in description.

3 -
when turnng corners the swivel on base moves in direction of turn. I am not talking about a crazy high speed turn either Turning from stop sign will do it.

4-
the product does not have a led ring on it. It is solid black plastic

1 star is when the phone stays on the mount it does charge properly

Functions well as a magnetic phone holder, but it’s slow to charge. When using the GPS which is a high drain app the charger just keeps my IPhone 12 on maintaining the charge it cannot also continue to increase the charge.

That tells me this charger is weak and it is also very slow. I use it for the mag lock and then put the cord in the bottom of my phone from another lightning charged from my cars socket and that seems to work better.

The magnet is strong and it’s easier to use than then grip based holders which is a decent feature.

Overall 3 stars though because of the weak charging capacity.
