It is missing one bolt, so I want to know if the bolt can be sent to me
Although I have not taken it outdoors yet, the scooter seems to work fine. I got it assembled, charged the battery and tried it once indoors. The battery charged up and works when inserted. The forward, reverse, light, and horn work fine. Today, I decided to try it again indoors, before getting rid of all the packing materials, and noticed it was missing a bolt on the brake side of the handlebar. I certainly do not want to pack up such a bulky item for a single bolt. I am hoping 鶹 or SuperHandy can send a bolt to fit that space. Overall it seems to work well when tested indoors up and down the hallway. I will upgrade the review as soon as I find out about the missing bolt. Please see pics. The company has contacted me, and explained there was no missing bolt. The hole is there for adding accessories like a rear view mirror. It was my mistake, and only concern, and am glad it was not a missing bolt after all. I will readily admit to not having much mechanical aptitude. It seems like a really good solid scooter for an excellent price. I will add more after I get a chance to get out and about with it when the weather improves.

    wow ... the rear wheel is crooked and rubs/seeks like crazy! The 1 battery doesn't work properly and is like turtle mode, within return window I tried to return and although eligible for return its over 300$ to return!!! Scam, BUYER BEWARE !

    This is a great machine. Lots of pep, easy turning, adjustable handle. Easy to put together and very lite to put into trunk of car. Does not have auto stop, so brake must be used. Decent size seat and comfortable. Battery lasted extremely well, altho the lighter you are the better, so if you’re over 200 lbs your battery life will be a bit shorter, . Thourghly enjoy the freedom I now have, well worth $$$.

    Impossible to return it . Terrible service at 鶹 Prime business. They expect us to front the UPS charge of $520 plus tax
    for a pick up. We have wasted hours and hours trying to find a shipping solution. 鶹 Personal is way better.

    I love it. Too much fun! Customer support was Great! ok, I'm 6'2" 275lb. My back won't allow me to stand or walk very far. For longer walks etc, this is perfect.
    Likes: Extremely light weight. Take off the seat & it's easy to put in the back of our truck.
    Price- Look at what similar buggies are & I believe it's a steal.
    Construction- This is built like a tank & love the pneumatic tires. Not a soft ride, but much better
    than hard tires.
    Fast- Much faster than the ones in the stores. Can almost keep up with the grandkids on their bikes.
    *note it will tip at high speeds. Ask me how I know. lol
    Comfortable - Nice big seat & folding back.
    Service - Had an issue with a broken part ( during shipping I assume) Was contacted very quickly &
    a new seat was at my door in just a couple of days. No fuss, no fight. Emailed a photo of damage
    & they took care of it. Thanks to Blake!
    Batteries - I like the idea of having several small batteries. I bought the optional larger one also. Go
    until it dies & swap in another & you can head back... unless you have all 3 with ya.

    Thoughts: Narrow wheelbase- Since I'm tall & top heavy, it is easy to tip it over at speed. I've run through
    some areas that it just wasn't designed for & it got a bit tricky. My fault not the scooter's. Its
    not a 4wd atv . lol
    Turning radius- Not really a con, but it's not good at running around in the house. I bought it
    for outdoors, not going from bedroom to bedroom. It does fine in Walmart :-). If the radius was
    tighter, it would tip easier. If frame was wider to handle a shorter radius, it might not fit in your
    car.
    No Key - Would be a nice addition, but usually someone in the group is happy to sit on it while do
    what ever...

    So, I really like my scooter. It does what I want it to and the price was right. I feel like a kid on a go-cart, lol, My back is much happier, and I don't have to sit it out when my wife & grandkids want to go somewhere that takes some walking.

    If you're wanting some way to navigate around the yard, this is the scooter for you. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase of this scooter, it is exactly what I was looking for and is as described in the description. Some concern initially about possible missing/damaged parts, but the scooter came in a well packed box with plenty of foam padding on critical areas. No damage and no missing parts. Comes about 90% assembled, and the rest goes together easily and quickly. In fact, before the first battery had fully charged, I was done. Use your own tools though - the ones that come with it aren't very good.

    I was looking for an All-Terrain scooter for my wife, as we have a large yard and she was wanting to go tend her garden, plant flowers and plants, use the greenhouse, and fill up her bird feeders. Nothing spectacular, but her manual wheelchair and rollator would not work. They'd bog down and get stuck in the grass and dirt, so she pretty much gave up. This scooter solves those issues and now she can do all the yard/garden things she couldn't do before. Fantastic little machine for that.

    With summer coming up, we're actually going to try going to some outdoor festivals now, even those with grass, dirt or gravel fields. Could not do that with a wheelchair or a "regular" mobility scooter. Looking forward to getting out and enjoying life again.

    Can't speak about longevity, as we've only had it for a week, but it appears solidly built and customer service has been excellent so far. Recommend considering purchasing a 4 AH battery at some point though. Would give a longer run time, but the two (2) 2 AH batteries that come with it are perfectly fine for what we use it for. The on-board spare battery holder is a great idea and provides peace of mind.

    We looked at those $3,500 (and up) all terrain scooters, but found it hard to justify spending that much money for something we only would use around the yard and perhaps at an outdoor festival. This scooter fills that need perfectly and is exactly what I was looking for. For the price, this scooter absolutely cannot be beat. Hope this helps someone else that finds themselves in the same situation. Take care.
