Accurate reading of heart rate and easy to use
I got this product for my road running and trail running. This is a heart rate monitoring belt for those scenarios that need accurate reading. It is especially useful for sport activities. I have Garmin sport watch which is reading my heart rate at wrist but it is not accurate all the time. This heart rate monitor has 3 parts: the heart rate monitor, the charger and the conductive chest belt. The heart rate monitor is very slim, with two electric connectors at each end also works as the mounting onto chest belt. There is no power on/off button. It can enter into working state automatically with one beep when put on the cheat belt, and powered off automatically when take off the chest belt with 3 beeps. When it is working, the product logo on the front pulsing blue light. This is a very good design. More enjoyable, less hassle. The charger is very slim too. It has magnetic that the heart rate monitor can snap onto it for charging. The charger has two sets of charging pins that can accommodate either direction when place the monitor onto it. The magnetic force is weak that the monitor can easily picked up from the charger but a slight bump of the charger could shake off the monitor too. The conductive chest belt is very elastic with easy on/off hook at ends. It has two Snap-On connectors that can place and hold the monitor onto it. There is conductive material at where the monitor snaped on. The product is all good with only one concern that every time charging the heart rate monitor need to take it off from the belt. This is not only not convenience, but also has the risk of damage the connector on the belt due to frequent force on and peel off. Maybe I have worried too much but I do prefer a better way to charge it from the gap between the monitor and the belt, because there is obviously a big gap there that can do the job. It can easily connect to its own app or Strava which I am using. I was looking for such a product for my running and I am very happy with it. Highly recommend.

    I procrastinated on purchasing a chest heart rate monitor for a while but the intermittent and lag on apple watch drove me to it. Decided on the H9Z and so far I'm completely impressed. Connected directly to the apple watch with no issues. Note, it overrides (disables) the apple watch sensor so no worries about conflicting data. Feedback is instant and as far as I can tell significantly more accurate than the watch sensor. The H9Z also connects to my Assault Air Runner console (which the apple watch does not) so that's a big win for me as I can see my heart rate on the screen without always having to check the watch. Really happy with this purchase.
