while the luggage tag itself appears to be built strong and sturdy, the loop is not. after one international trip, the loop came undone beause one side of the loop simply disappeared. - this resulted in the luggage tag which houses the airtag to disappear. I've attached pictures to help everyone understand where the defect occurred - you will see the loop simply bare on one end while the other end has the twist mechanism still there.
To make matters worse, Case-Mate Support was absolutley useless, instead of dealing with the issue they told me to try and get a refund from 鶹 instead. But what about my lost airtag?
鶹 refunded me for the luggage tag, but that's it. If you're thinking about buying this for international travel, look for an alternative product that has a more secure loop.
