i buy my Air fryer Dreo December 16, 2023 , recently i have a probleme the unit power shut off i dont know why but when i talk to Dreo service and show my probleme they respond very fast and send me a new unit because i am still on the warranty . I can now cook my steak again perfectly !! Love the Air fryer so much . You need to try this !!

The oven can be turned on or off from the app. Your receipe cooking settings can be sent to the oven right from the app so that you can start cooking.

    I have had the Dreo over a year now and I absolutly love it. It makes perfect steak after perfect steak. I much prefer the souvide mode. I make chuck roast in it, I've made briskett, salmon....all come out perfect. This is way, way better results than a normal air fryer. I recently had an issue with the temperature probe as the plastic piece kind of melted and wasn't working correctly anymore. I contacted Dreo to see how I could buy a new one and Lindsay in their customer service actually arranged for me to get one at no charge! I was totally surprised and I have to say I'm beyond impressed with this companies product and now their service too! Buy it.... and thank you Lindsay and Dreo for your help!

    I just received this last week, and have been using it for chicken wings, burgers, and ribeye steaks. It's better than the phillips air fryer I have, the steak came out perfectly medium ( it has medium rare, medium, medium well and well done, unlike some of the others that were reviewed ) Temperature goes to 450 F unlike some other persons review, and food came out better than in the air fryer. I tested both the ribeye and chicken wings in both the air fryer and the Dreo, at the same time. it was more moist, and more crispy, in the Dreo if that's possible. For $499 I could get by with just my old air fryer, but for $399 Black Friday, it was a steal of a deal. If your not happy with your air fryer, this should be your next choice, and if you are looking for an air fryer for the first time, this would be exceptional for you. So far I love it, I'd just wait for the boxing day sales, $500 is a bit steep!

    Edit: Six months later it's still the best cooking device I have owned, however I feel a lot of that is because of the cooking probe, but when I went to Dreo site to purchase a backup probe they were all sold out. That's not a good sign for me, also the chefmaker was all sold out, did they stop making it ? Now I'm worried about warranty in the future. What's going on Dreo?

    I've had my Chefmaker for about 3 months and I must say this is an Air Fryer like no other. Very versatile machine. Everything I've tried in it so far has been a success.

    Un an plus tard, je suis extrêmement satisfait de mon Chefmaker !

    C'était ma première expérience avec un air fryer. Et, je dois dire que je ne regrette aucunement mon achat, et je ne peux plus m'en séparer. Le Chefmaker est peut-être un peu plus dispendieux en comparaison des marques populaires, mais sa technologie et ses accessoires rendent celui-ci beaucoup plus attrayant et plus "premium", à mon avis.

    Par exemple, j'ai comparé le Chefmaker avec les air fryer de mes amis. Les "presets" et le "probe" sont ce qui attire le plus. Un steak medium saignant ? Un poulet sous-vide ? Une cuisson selon la température internet ? Juste à appuyer sur deux ou trois buton, insérer le thermomètre, et voilà !

    En plus, vous avez une application sur téléphone très sympathique ! Entre autres, vous pouvez suivre la cuisson sur votre téléphone. Ce n'est pas indispensable, mais très agréable lorsque nous sommes dans la pièce voisine. L'application propose aussi des recettes avec des tutoriels, ce qui est également très plaisant.

    Seul bémol, mon Chefmaker a complètement arrêté de fonctionner après une cuisson, environ 14 mois plus tard après mon achat. Toute l'alimentation s'est coupée. Cependant ! J'ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle avec le système de messagerie dans l'application. Quelques heures plus tard, Carol, au service client, m'a contacté et m'a demandé quelques informations supplémentaires (photo, vidéo, facture, etc.). J'ai tout partagé, et en moins de deux jours Carol m'a confirmé un nouvel envoi pour remplacer mon modèle défectueux ! Ma crainte s'est rapidement dissipée, et j'ai eu le nouveau appareil en moins d'une semaine entre le moment de ma signalisation et la réception à la maison. Qui plus est, le nouvel appareil a bénéficié de quelques corrections depuis mon premier achat, et a été livré avec une nouvelle garantie !

    Honnêtement, je n'ai aucun commentaire négatif à partager sur le Dreo Chefmaker. Que ce soit l'appareil ou le service client, tout est parfait de mon expérience !

    I recently added this Smart Air Fryer (they called it "combi fryer") to my kitchen, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. When compared to my original air fryer, this new addition showcases a range of exceptional features that have totally changed the way I cook.

    1. Pork Shoulder Perfection with ChefMode and Meat Probe
    I was skeptical at first when trying ChefMode, even though Dreo says it automates all the cooking process, I didn't want to leave the machine on its own. But the ChefMaker really delivered on its promise. I only had to insert the probe, select "Pork Shoulder" and the machine did it all, just like magic. The pork was absolutely amazing, just in the perfect spot between tender and flavorful, it totally blew my mind.

    2. Never Had a Fish Like This Before.
    I'm definitely having more seafood from now on, I love how the ChefMaker cleverly uses water spraying to roast the salmon to perfection, keeping it moist and tender on the inside, and making the skin crisp and delicious on the outside. I was never able to achieve this using a frying pan and oven by myself.

    3. It's A Dream Come True for Meat Lovers

    I recently added this Smart Air Fryer (they called it "combi fryer") to my kitchen, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. When compared to my original air fryer, this new addition showcases a range of exceptional features that have totally changed the way I cook.

    I was skeptical at first when trying ChefMode, even though Dreo says it automates all the cooking process, I didn't want to leave the machine on its own.     I bought this after my old air fryer bit the dust - and due to using it every day decided to go for a high-end option. I do not regret it at all. The Dreo cooks way better than my old air fryer and is easily at the same level as the high end Ninja air fryers - but with the addition of the smart app to monitor progress and load recipes.

    I have found their customer service to be superb with quick responses to any queries I've had.

    I hghly recommend this combi fryer - it's a real stand out appliance. A few friends have now also bought them and agree they are great.

    A friend recommended this and we needed a new air fryer that was not too big. Everything about this DREO is crazy good. The Teflon coating is amazing and it cleans up so easily. The Chef Mode is basically like AI cooking with probe. It is as close to Sous Vide cooking you can get with very little effort. I'm a cook. I'm a griller and BBQ guys. I cook the best steak ever. This thing in Chef Mode cooked the best damn Ribeye steak I've cooked in a long time. It does need to be a thicker cut of meat though to really work well. It takes a little extra time, BUT you don't do a thing except season your meat, put the probe in and it cooks it to perfection while you do whatever else you want. It's only good for a small family or single people this thing will save you a fortune in time and not wasting food. I've had it for 2 months and I still haven't gotten through all the bells and whistles. Yes, the app for your phone is really good. You can use it to go through all the menus and it's faster than the touch screen plus gives you an expected time of finish and lets you know when your food is done. It's pricey, but in my opinion worth it. I used some credits I had which helped, but I would go back and pay full price for it. Vegetables and Potatoes are cooked to perfection. It even has a setting for mushrooms and it nailed it! This thing has so many permutations of settings it would make a statistician dizzy. I plan to try them all. No, did not get paid anything to say this and I really bought one. If you are on the fence, don't be. It has a money back guarantee. But I guarantee if you take the time to learn how to use it and really use it, you won't be sending it back. Kali Oreksi!
