I love this machine. Easy to assemble. easy to use, but it IS a workout! So far, I can only manage to do about 18 reps.... and you really feel it in your core/abs, where you're supposed to feel it!! I have really bad knees so i was worried that kneeling on the pads would hurt too much to do a workout, but the knee bar pads are thick enough and cushioned enough that it doesn't hurt my knees at all. And you're using your abs to pull yourself up anyway, so that alleviates weight on your knees in case you have bad knees like me. Very happy with this machine.

Update: One of the rubber caps on the feet has fallen off and I can't find it. No idea where to buy another one, and its wobbley now that its missing one cap.
