Warranty replacement (product review after this section):
1. I thought these had 1 year warranty. It's actually 2-year warranty.
2. Reviews on here had me apprehensive going into warranty support chat because reviews stated this damage is not covered under warranty.
3. 100% covered under warranty. I spoke to Razer support and after initial registration, (upload proof of purchase and images from this review of the damage ~30m of my time) I got in queue for chat support.
I had the most pleasant chat with support agent Camelle than I have had with support for other products and services with other companies all year. AAA top notch help. They asked me a few more questions and then gave me RMA to get *new* headphones sent out to me. Free returns, free sending out to me. I'm at the shipping out stage and will update my review accordingly as time goes on.
Images uploaded: The first two are images of the broken part on the left earpiece. The agent seems to have been aware of the issue and they identified it as the yoke (connector between the headband and earpiece) that broke. The third image is the hook I keep it on when the headphones are not on my head. I don't even wear it on my neck because the earpieces are too large. The fourth pic is of the plastic on the right side earpiece that is visibly cracked. This is from normal use. I do not drop or chuck around the headphones when not in use. I have a hook. They're either on my head or on the hook when not in use.
If Razer reads this, replace that plastic cap with an aluminum one. That should resolve this issue without adding much weight to it.
Product review:
These have been the most comfortable wireless headsets I have worn in a long time. It's got good clasp strength. They're not too tight, not too loose that they will fall off. I have gotten compliments how well my mic sounds and the audio is very nice.
I recommend these headphones, if not for the sound and comfort, then for the stand up warranty and support they have behind their products.

I watched YouTube videos and seen many comments on YouTube, Reddit, as well as 鶹 reviews stating how there seems to be a common weak point in terms of build quality on this model of headset from Razer and they seem to have been selling this model for over a year now with no fixes to the build quality (yikes!)
So I decided I’ll get the V2 Pro it has a great mic, I’m super careful with my stuff and should not be a problem my older brand name headset is still working fine until it will randomly discount the mic as input in in my streaming software.
So I opened this box while live streaming and within seconds found a crack from factory on the weak point of the hinges that hold the actual ear cup to the headset. My viewers and I were absolutely showed to say the least about that experience. I own a Razer keyboard and mouse for three months now and feel so lucky they havnt given me issues. I’m hesitant to buy anything else from the Razer brand. Once the cheap plastic breaks you are out of luck and need to get a warranty replacement. Now I’m sitting here thinking ok on one hand it’s covered under warranty I bet, but then what happens when the 2 year warranty is done? And everytime it breaks I need to wait for razer to send me a new one? Overall I love the connectivity of the headset to Bluetooth and 2.4 ghz, I love the feel on my ears, it’s lightweight as well. Huge battery, but all these things seem to be outweighed by having the item defected out of the box without even giving me the chance to break it myself accidentally.
Personally im either going to fix my old headset mic issue, or will go with something else for $250 I refuse to have something that will in the end it seems always end up breaking no matter how careful you are especially when they show up with broken frame parts that are known to destroy the headset…. Buyer beware!!!!!
Ok so I was having audio issues with an older headset where my mic was disconnecting and was not sure if it was the headset or windows settings so I decided I’ll upgrade to something with a nicer mic regardless to improve my audio quality when streaming.

5.0 out of 5 stars Exelente calidad de audio y microfono

5.0 out of 5 stars Still Going Strong After Almost Two Years!
Verified PurchaseThe media could not be loaded.
Although these don’t have built-in Bluetooth, I use them with a USB wireless dongle, and the connectivity is flawless. The signal is stable with zero noticeable lag or dropouts, making them ideal for both gaming and media.
The battery life is outstanding I charge them once a month, sometimes even more time. That’s with regular use, so the power efficiency is clearly one of the highlights of this headset.
As for sound clarity, both the game audio and voice chat are crisp and well-balanced. Directional sound in FPS games is excellent, and the microphone picks up voice clearly without background noise. It’s one of the best mics I’ve used on a wireless headset.
The headset comes in matte black, which looks clean and sleek, and matches any setup. Overall, these headphones are extremely functional, well-built, and reliable. I was so satisfied that I ended up purchasing another Razer model later on, specifically one compatible with Xbox.

1.0 out of 5 stars Me arrepiento muchisimo de esta compra
