I would give this zero stars if possible. Usually reviews for most items I’ve bought on �鶹�� are fairly honest…however this time I didn’t luck out!
I took the machine out of box, read over the instructions (and even “troubleshooting” info in case something were to happen so at least I’d be aware…) I turned the machine on, after filling the clean water tank etc. lots of noise but no water came from the spray after many attempts… I tried for an hour, and still no water came from the tank up the hose to the hand held brush. Fed up, I emptied the tank, boxed it up and returned it the same day! Total junk. By the way I have a Kenmore portable dishwasher which I’ve used for years and it still works well. However this machine did nothing! So disappointed as the reviews were mainly positive! Lucky you !

I've been using the Kenmore KW2001 Portable Carpet Spot Cleaner & Pet Stain Vacuum for a few weeks, primarily to tackle pet stains and spills on my carpets. Overall, it's been a reliable and effective cleaning tool.

The device's portable design is a major plus. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it convenient to quickly address spills and stains. This is especially useful for pet owners or households with children, where messes are frequent and unexpected.

If you want a 1 use machine that hardly sucks up any liquid, save yourself the angst and just go rent a commercial machine. Mine lasted 1 time, count that 1 time and then it seemed like it was leaking from everywhere, Returned it, was offered a new one, said no, refund please. Bought this Kenmore ( I was never a fan of Kenmore products, maybe it was the Sears affiliation that tainted my opinion ) but I thought I would try it. Mainly because it has the highest Amp. power of all these portable cleaners. Do you research, I did. It has 7 amps, closest is the most expensive Bissel with 5.8 amps.
First the cons;
It was originally listed at a incredible price and I didn't get it . The day I decided to buy it, �鶹�� jacked the price up by 60%. Not Kenmore fault, so that's on me
Next, the hose. It doesn't feel sturdy and I would expect that if anything were to break, that would be the first thing to go. Kenmore, fix this.
Lastly, The brush attachments are great, a small crevice attachment would be helpful. The latch or click lock that tells you the attachment is secure attached needs improvement. For you to get the right suction, you have to use some pressure when you press the brush and roll the attachment across the fabric/carpet, the attachment did pop off a few times. Frustrating but I'll take that over having to refill a machine numerous times because it's leaking and or takes several days to dry because it has no suction power.
PEOPLE, TRUST ME, THIS IS A VERIFIED PURCHASE - BOUGHT THIS IN LATE JANUARY OF 2024, HAVE USED IT ON SECTIONAL AND ARE RUG - IT IS A REALLY GOOD MACHINE.

I’ve been wanting a little carpet cleaner for years but didn’t want to spend the money. After researching some leading carpet cleaners, I finally grabbed this one on Prime Day and I’m glad I did. I liked that this machine has more engine power than others in price range, I also like the wider tool attachment because I intend to use this to clean all the area rugs in my studio apartment, not just spot clean. I also bought a stronger cleaner with oxy to use with this machine, instead of the included cleaner, to make sure my efforts weren’t wasted. It definitely takes some elbow grease to clean a whole carpet with this little thing. It’ll take about 4 sessions to do my entire studio and couch. I’m about half way done. The machine is about as loud as my vacuum machine, and barely gets warm during my long cleaning sessions. It is also thoughtfully designed making the cord easy to wind and unwind, the hose wraps around the base of the machine and locks into place making it very compact. It’s also surprisingly easy to clean. Just dump the nasty water and rinse. Wipe down air valves. Attachments easily come apart for easy rinsing. Oh, and it cleaned my cheap �鶹��-purchased rugs well, as long as you take the time to figure out how to best use the machine… the angle and pressure to use, the amount of solution and scrubbing, etc. Overall, great spot cleaner. Not sure what more I could want except perhaps an even larger attachment.

Me decidí por comprar ya que adopte una perrita y las primeras semanas tenía la mala costumbre de orinar el sillón, ya lo había limpiado con una tapa de olla pero no me había gustado el resultado, la máquina tiene buena potencia, es muy facil de usar y es sencillo lavarla posteriormente, quitó la mugre y el pelo de los sillones y se siente de buena calidad, al tener 2 cepillos amplia las opciones de lavado y tiene indicador en el tanque para manchas pequeñas y trabajos grandes 10/10
