    Worked as needed to and a great alternative to screwdrivers and pry bars for tensioner parts that can't be seen and best moved with plastic on plastic. Do not see them lasting long in a busy shop that changes 3.6 top end parts all day but that's not their intended lifespan and for careful casual use they work very good. Even then at the cost of replacement they are worth billing for every job if surviving single use. Important to gently "rock" the cams back and forth to align the phazer gears for the locking blocks as prying or hammering will only destroy them quicker and it's not necessary.

    I purchased this timing kit for a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country 3.6L Pentastar engine, and I was pleasantly surprised. The package came complete, well-sealed, and included all the parts needed to do the job correctly: chains, guides, tensioners, gears, and seals. Everything fit perfectly without any modifications.

    The parts feel solid and of good quality, comparable to OEM parts. It's been several weeks since we installed it, and the engine is running smoothly, with no noise or error codes. The ticking noise at start-up is completely gone, and it now starts immediately and without problems.

    ✅ What I liked:

    Very complete kit; nothing was missing for installation.

    Good quality materials.

    Exact compatibility with the Pentastar 3.6 (no unusual adjustments).

    Excellent value for money.

    ⚠️ Important recommendation:

    This job is not for beginners. If you're inexperienced with engines, it's best to have it installed by a professional mechanic. Pentastar timing is delicate and requires precision.

    In short: a reliable, well-made kit at a much more affordable price than the dealership's. I highly recommend it to anyone doing a complete timing repair on a 3.6L Pentastar.

    This tool saved me a ton of money! It fit perfectly and was easy to use. Functions as it should just be sure not to jam or pry on the timing chain depressor tools. I had no problems with mine but I've seen other people break them by being to rough with them. As an extra safety put a loose fitting zip tie on the locking key tool to prevent dropping it down inside of the engine.
