These are awesome for a preventative measure.
These are great for your regular cranberry vitamin, to keep yourself healthy and free from any kind of bladder infections or inflammation. The tablets aren't too big, and they're easy to swallow, though like any other vitamin, you don't want to keep it in your mouth before swallowing for too long or you'll regret it. It's great.

    My urologist recommended trying this, saying others have had good results. He said it generally takes 3 months. I'm at two and a half months. I was peeing 3 times a night, now I'm peeing once or twice a night. (Sometimes I'd pee at 3 in the morning and the next time would be 6:30 or 7 AM, but my alarm is set for 8 AM, so close. ) I was starting to pee 12 to 14 times during the day. I'm down to 10 or 11 times. Jury is still out, but definitely peeing somewhat less. I hope with the full 3 months it will be even better.
