I just finally had to do something about the grippy strip at the top and bottom, and as a plumber and hvac guy, I used some hardware store silicone, 2 different types as once I tested it I went ahead later and did more of it… that’s the only issue after a year, but for me a super easy and quick fix and it’s still holding out great, I use these daily during the summer months

I've been a boiler maker/ pipefitter for about 15 years and I'm 6'4" 225lbs and I'm always up and down crawling around. Just finished having the Lg/Xlg on under my pants for about 12 hours now they did move a little and I had to adjust them a few times but they felt like my knees were being hugged comfortably and I was able to do everything without them pinching or itching behind my knees they didn't get caught on any iron beams or offset floors I was crawling across. And as for the guys half my age who all say how there knees hurt, well mine didn't all day. Now I don't have huge legs I think the medium/large would have stayed in place probably a bit better but after taking them off I had a little bit of a compression mark around my calf where the bottom cuff is but nothing on the thigh where top cuff is. I would definitely recommend to anyone that's up and down on there's knees alot.

I got these, was skeptical at first but the do not slide down your legs, well mine anyway, I put them on and don’t worry about them moving or shifting. I used the kind for sports, the multiple hex pads…they are good for protection from falls but not kneeling on them constantly (ended up getting blisters from skin being pinched between little pads). These pads from Klein Tools offer a larger area of protection. The back side is super comfortable and one piece, not multiple so that was huge. They do not hug like a knee support sleeve but offer a tight enough fit which is comfortable. The back strip offers better ventilation. No longer contemplating and am not afraid to work on my knees. I wear them under my pants, the surface finish is smooth enough the pants don’t bunch or get hung up on them. I work in commercial carpentry.
