LET'S RESIN is the first brand to develop and manufacture resin heating mats. We have tested, experimented, and improved to confirm the optimal temperature many times.
The heating mat is friendly to silicone molds, reducing curing time in a gentler way.

Notice

1. The resin thickness needs to be within 20mm, and the mold needs to be in full contact with the resin heating mat.

2. When heating, put the silicone mat on the heating pad to keep it warm and prevent the epoxy resin from sticking to the mat.

3. Operates at room temperature of 77 ℉(25 °C), the heating pad is set to the highest temperature (149 ℉/65°C), and the curing time is the shortest.

What type of mold is the heating mat suitable for?

The heating mat accelerates curing through heat conduction between the molds and the heating mat. Therefore, it is preferable to use molds with a large contact surface and with a thinner thickness.
What is the temperature range of the heating mat?

No, the heating mat builds up heat when it is working, which can cause the glass to break.
Will the heating mat help eliminate air bubbles?

It is related to the viscosity of the resin. The resin is in high viscosity and the effect of eliminating air bubbles is not apparent. But in summer, the air bubbles easily float to the surface, and proper heating can help eliminate air bubbles.
Can I use a food cover on the heating mat to save heat and shorten the curing time?

For safety reasons, in order to avoid potential safety hazards, it is not recommended to place a cover with a heat preservation function on the heating pad, and a cover that can dissipate heat and ventilate can be used.
Is it normal that the silicone mat will be bulged and distorted after heated?

Yes, silicone has the physical characteristics of heat deformation, you could replace it with a new one if necessary.

After a couple uses I noticed the pad began to buckle and warp on one edge. This made for uneven pours around that edge. Will look for a better quality one next time. I love this mat! I was hesitant but after reading and following the directions it's been great. There is a knob to adjust the heat. I use somewhere in the middle. I set a timer for 3 hours from when I have it plugged in, then it's plugged out. No damage to molds and less air bubbles along with faster curing.

I am amazed by how awesome this turned out to be. I had been seeing lots of crafters getting the new resin machines to help their resin cure faster. Due to space limitations as well as other factors, I decided to instead try out this heating mat and am so glad I did.

It is perfect for the cold weather right now but apart from that, it also help the process of getting out all or most the bubbles formed during mixing. I set my resin bottles on the mat to warm up a bit before mixing. Once I did mix the resin (i used a silicone mixing cup), I set it back on the mat and it got rid of most the bubbles. Although working time does gets reduced, if you already have a game plan on what you are pouring and such, it shouldn't be a problem. One thing I loved is that the resin was so liquid/thin and bubble free, it was easy to get into the detailed pieces with minimal bubbles forming.

I definitely recommend getting this! They also have a timer attachment available if your afraid of forgetting to turn it off.

Bought 2/2/23- bought the seat back after having very little success with the heat gun. The heat gun is only good foreclosed contact or surface bubbles. I finally caved in and bought a heat mat. I should have bought this a long time ago, as I would have saved me a lot of wasted resin.
I was doing an organizer, as I've shown in the pictures, of one warm colored organizer box (left) and one green blue organizer box (right). The blue-green organizer on the right was used without a heat mat. The yellow-orange on the left sat on the heat mat. As you can see the picture really all the bubbles are out. Is he Matt also cures your projects and half the amount of time depending on the size. Whereas these organizers stuck less than 12 hours to cure, I was able to demold one in about five hours.

Updated review 10/05/23 - Only 1/3 of the heating mat, the rest stays cool enough that even at full heat I can put my hand on it. The hottest working point at full temp is, when looking at it horizontally with the cord to the right, in the middle right area. I took a picture to show where it only works now.
