1. The resin thickness needs to be within 20mm, and the mold needs to be in full contact with the resin heating mat.

2. When heating, put the silicone mat on the heating pad to keep it warm and prevent the epoxy resin from sticking to the mat.

3. Operates at room temperature of 77 ℉(25 °C), the heating pad is set to the highest temperature (149 ℉/65°C), and the curing time is the shortest.

What type of mold is the heating mat suitable for?

The heating mat accelerates curing through heat conduction between the molds and the heating mat. Therefore, it is preferable to use molds with a large contact surface and with a thinner thickness.
What is the temperature range of the heating mat?

No, the heating mat builds up heat when it is working, which can cause the glass to break.
Will the heating mat help eliminate air bubbles?

It is related to the viscosity of the resin. The resin is in high viscosity and the effect of eliminating air bubbles is not apparent. But in summer, the air bubbles easily float to the surface, and proper heating can help eliminate air bubbles.
Can I use a food cover on the heating mat to save heat and shorten the curing time?

For safety reasons, in order to avoid potential safety hazards, it is not recommended to place a cover with a heat preservation function on the heating pad, and a cover that can dissipate heat and ventilate can be used.
Is it normal that the silicone mat will be bulged and distorted after heated?

Yes, silicone has the physical characteristics of heat deformation, you could replace it with a new one if necessary.
