    Makes a horrendous noise and doesn't pump anything! Very disappointed.

    Updates, one month later.

    So the problem with this device is threefold. First, the screw on cap it comes with doesn't work on a Schrader valve, nor with a Presta. I tried the adaptors and they didn't work. I had to buy a 15$ replacement hose (ASIN: B08XBCLSJD) and am happy to report that using that item, this fully-charged pump was able to inflate both my motorcycle tires, to 36 PSI and 40 PSI respectively, before it ran out of charge (2 PSI short of my rear tire desired pressure). So at least it works, but the battery is weak which is the second problem.

    The third, and largest, problem is that it is impossible to contact Rockbros support. The only website I could find was their European distributor and they seem to have received so many misdirected customer service requests from the rest of the world that they have a prominent disclaimer on their website.

    Thus while I am finally able to get the pump to work, I cannot give this company and product more than one star. Unfortunately, I also bought other items from them that were defective, and again, being unable to contact them, have given up and will never buy any product branded Rockbros again.
