    2 same left hand or right hand panels (take your pick) were in shipping box instead of 1 left and 1 right side panel. Good thing my husband is handy and had a drill and self tapping metal screws or we would have been unable to mount the front beam (which the doors attach to). There is very little space between the bottom of the bbq and the knob to turn on the propane tank. Very little room to insert propane tank. Took two of us to get it in and over the lip (me from the back my husband lifting from the front). Material used for panels, bbq body and lid very inferior. After we turned the bbq on low heat (to let any order from the new appliance to burn off) we noticed the the lid rippled from the heat. Honestly, we have NEVER been so disappointed in a product. One thing is my fault I will admit in ordering this bbq. I should have paid more attention to the height. If you are five feet or under it’s tall enough. My husband is 6 feet and I am 5.4 feet tall.

    BBQ is fine but very light in construction. The warming tray des not move with the lid and is too low to be left in lace if you are using the entire cooking surface. I actually removed it.
