Important to state that I took a leap of faith and have purchased and used the whole system together. The pre-shampoo treatment, shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in treatment.
I wanted to wait after I emptied each product, and have only used the system twice, but the results are strong enough to warrant a review already.

I have long bleach blonde hair, that is naturally quite wavy and frizzy, that I put lots of effort into straightening everyday. So obviously I have promoted quite a bit of damage to my hair.
I have used Olaplex, which I did not like and found created more breakage, and K18 which I did like, but results wouldn't last long and for one tiny bottle is QUITE expensive when you have such long dry hair.

I've used the system in its entirety twice, following the directions on each product closely. I wash my hair at night, go to sleep with it in a silk cap, and style it in the morning with a blow drying product and finish with an oil, same as I've always done.
The morning after my first use, I was really floored at how silky and soft my hair was. The expensive conditioners I've used over the years could never amount to these results!! My hair was wispy and soft all weekend. I also noticed a huge improvement on breakage and hair loss while styling my hair. On the second use a week later, the amount of hair loss while washing and styling was noticeably improved.
All this for about the same cost as one K18 bottle. Can't say I've ever been totally happy with hair products as I am now with these. With time I expect my hairs condition to only improve further. I will return and edit my review if it does not, or if like the Olaplex did, I find overtime it makes my hairs condition worse.
The only negative thing I could add is that I do not particularly enjoy the smell, it is quite perfumed but I am very sensitive to that sort of thing so it may not bother others. Even so, I will continue to use and intend to repurchase. Only wish I'd found this product earlier, as I'd never heard of it prior to stumbling upon it here on �鶹��.

Omg! This is the best hair product ever. Leaves hair so soft and shiny, looking and feeling SO healthy!! To ne honest, the 1st time I used it I hated it because my hair felt like a straw and dry. However I think it was because my hair wasn't needing the protein and because I left the acidic treatment on my hair overnight (too much time, so hair was hard). If you leave the treatment for 5 to 10min hair is perfect.
