Easy to Use

Step 1

Scan QR Code on the manual to download the EBO ROLA APP or search for the EBO ROLA APP on your phone and install it.

Step 2

Use your phone number or email address to complete the registration on the EBO ROLA APP. (Note: if you cannot receive the verification code, please try to register with another phone number or email address, or contact Enabot, we will solve it for you.)

Step 3

Add and connect EBO SE on the EBO ROLA APP, and then record a wonderful life with your EBO SE.

Auto-Back to - Charge

Once the battery is low, EBO can go back to charge automatically. Please remove the protective film at the bottom of the charging base and fix it on the ground. Please ensure that there are no obstacles around the charging base to facilitate EBO charging.

About Movement

EBO SE can be App-controlled or automatically cruise in your home with your settings. Based on it's impact design, EBO CANNOT move across the carpets or doorsill that is higher than 6mm.

Wi-Fi Connecting

Please ensure that the Wi-Fi signal within the EBO's range of activity is well covered. If the Wi-Fi signal is blocked by a wall or floor, it may cause the EBO ROLA APP operation to get stuck, and the EBO ROLA APP will also disconnect from the EBO.

Regular Cleaning

Please clean the hair on the EBO wheel set every 1-2 weeks to prevent the wheel set from being unable to move due to entanglement.

we dont really use the speaker, instead we phone call, so i put a little hat on her since we have phone calls lol

the picture quality is pretty good and the mic is good even if a lil felt hat is covering it :)

watching her lil robot body zoom around on her lil wheels is adorable following me around haha plus the wheel thing has lil paw prints on them!

I got this to keep an eye on my pet when I'm not at home. It's good that you can turn it on (wake it up) remotely and control it while away from home. It can dock itself as well if it is close enough to the charging station. I keep it on sleep mode if I don't have it docked so it doesn't run out of power quickly. You can talk and listen on this thing too, and record. The downside is that sometimes there is a delay in response when I'm controlling it remotely, where it doesn't move right away but then moves all of a sudden. So if you have spotty WIFI connection, be patient and if it isn't moving, wait a little bit or you might risk banging it onto something. Overall, this gadget is really cooI, I love it and it's been so helpful with keeping an eye on my little one.

The cats showed up, as soon as I put this thing on the charging stand. It's something about the voice that attracts them.

Setup was relatively painless. I had to enter my verification code twice, as the App failed to advance to the next step the first time. I tried upgrading the firmware multiple times, but the Ebo had slipped off its charging stand. I discovered this when I went to the details tab. It would be nice if the firmware upgrade told you this before it tried to upgrade.

The unit seems well made and is small enough that it doesn't scare the cats. That's where the good news ends. It can't climb over the smallest object, like a carpet runner or even a doorstop. I did manage to get it over the carpet runner once, by approaching at an oblique angle and getting lucky. It's very good at getting back on its wheels when it falls over, which is good because it falls over a lot.

It's hopeless at finding the charging station. It can't climb over obstacles and even if you help, it seems directionally challenged. It tried to drive through the bannister once, fortunately it's too fat too fit through the railing. It finally did drive itself down the stairs, saying 'ow' all the way down. This was the most fun I had with this thing.

It's currently downstairs trying to find it's way to the charging station upstairs. I can hear it smacking into the walls down there. The cats are still following it around, so not a total loss.

Unless you're in a completely flat room, with no rugs or thresholds, this thing is not for you.

However, 2 months in or perhaps recent software updates they’ve made, the robot will randomly disconnect or have trouble connecting. I’ll reopen the app every now and then to see if I’m able to connect to the camera and it’ll be every few days where it does connect but then it will have the connection issue again.
