Manual: 1, Always wear ear, eye, face protection and protective safety gloves. 2, Generally, for rough work, move the burrs across the workpiece counter-rotationally. 3, Pass the tool over the workpiece in the direction of rotation to achieve fine finishes. 4, Min Clamping depth is 2/3 of the shank, if you have to clamp less, pls low speed. 5, If rough running, strong vibrations and increased flying sparks, pls use a new one. 6, Do not apply too much pressure, Let the speed do the work. Smaller burrs require faster speeds. 7, Soft materials, such as aluminum, use a grinding oil to reduce debris clogging. Grind glass, use water as lubricant. 8, Elongate holes, grip tool firmly with both hands and use a swinging motion, which prevents chatter, result in a safer cut. 9, Avoid impact loads, otherwise parts teeth will break off, shank will bend. Do not sink the burr for more than 1/3 of its periphery. 10, Recommendation for drives: shank 1/8" (75 to 300W), shank 1/4" (from 300W), for coarse cuts, 500W+ optimal.
