Safety & Operating Guide:
1. Personal Protection: Always wear full ear, eye, face protection and safety gloves. ● 2. Cutting Direction: For roughing, move the burr against rotation; for finishing, follow rotation. ● 3. Minimum Clamping Depth: Clamp at least two-thirds of the shank. Reduce speed if less is clamped. ● 4. Replacement Sign: Persistent vibration, rough operation, or excessive sparks. ● 5. Pressure & Speed: Let speed do the work. Use higher RPMs for smaller burrs. ● 6. Lubrication: Use oil for soft metals like aluminum; water for glass. ● 7. Elongating Holes: Use a two-handed, swinging motion for control and safety. ● 8. Avoid: Impact loads or submerging more than one-third of the burr head. ● 9. Power Tool Matching: 75-300W (1/8" shank), 300W+ (1/4" shank).
