How to adjust your cleats

The cleats are installed between the big toe joint and the little toe joint. Put on the shoes first, then find the 2 joints, mark the position on the outer side of the lock shoe with a pencil, after adjusting to a suitable position, continue to mark the position with a pencil to find the most comfortable position.
