    I was originally sent this spray as part of a promotional review a while back, but after finding it worked so well for my fiancé and I, we have continued to purchase it. It seemed impossible to find a store that sells it in Canada and to my pleasant surprise I found it on 鶹. It truly works well. We take it at bed time, but I also take it during the day and it helps to keep the brain calm. I have ADHD and take appropriate “supplements” (I can’t write med as it’ll flag my review) which at times make it hard to wind down in the evening.. this spray helps keep the mind linear and the body feel overall relaxed. Sleep quality has improved. Now the taste … okay the taste at first PHEW, black liquorice.. Now I’ve come to get used to it and almost enjoy? It ! At first it was like taking a shot of samb. Now I’m used to it. Just 3 sprays under the tongue at bedtime or I’ll take 3 in the morning and 3 at night. It’s nice that it’s a natural relax supplement and not filled with a bunch of unknown ingredients.
