I love this vacuum so much! It is one of the best purchases I’ve had when it comes to vacuums. For such a small and compact device I am quite surprised at the sucking capacity. It has automatic sensors and you don’t need to switch if you go from the rug to the floor. It is lightweight, flexible and best of all…. NO CORD!! It saves me so much time and energy just wrangling around the heavy cord. It also saves me time from unplugging and plugging it if one can’t reach areas of your home. I can clean under the furniture without having to move them! I also love the light fixtures that lets me see invisible dust and crumb particles that usually get ignored. Cleaning it is easy! The only downside is that the battery lasts for 20-30 minutes but I’m perfectly fine with it. It takes a long time to fully charge, about 5 hours but its nothing compared to the time and energy saved from how easy it is to handle. It also compact and does not take up a lot of space in the corner. I absolutely love this vacuum and cannot stress enough how good it is for a 2BD apartment! I won’t recommend it for a more heavier duty cleaning with a bigger house.

    I've never used a Dyson but I can't afford it even on sale! I have 2 other B&D hand vacs on each floor of my house so my kids clean up after themselves. I bought this vacuum because I'm tired of the central vacuum setup and weight. Make no mistake this vacuum can't beat a central vacuum but it's light and easy.

    Battery life mattered most as it takes 40 minutes and this lasts exactly that! It depletes just as I finish the last corner.

    Easy to clean the canister and the brush head.

    The negatives is that the brush head is very light. I prefer some weight to keep the head aligned in the direction I'm pushing it. This head flip flops side to side when going under furniture.

    The battery and ease of use made it worth buying.

    Update July 2024. The carpet/floor sensor doesn't work well. Battery life has fallen by a few minutes. I don't care for the sensor as I use the floor mode first then the carpet mode. This method seems to conserve power.

    Does anyone actually like vacuuming? Yah, didn't think so. Now imagine trying to vacuum with a corded unit that keeps get tangled up with your oxygen tubing. The epitome of frustration! Then one day I decided to stop the insanity and purchase a cordless vacuum. What a difference no cord can make! This is a very good vacuum and would have received 5 stars instead of four except for the following reasons; at a little over 8 pounds its is lightweight but after a few minutes of vacuuming it can feel much heavier than that. One of the wheels keeps falling off if bumped against furniture or the baseboards, etc. Its not broken, its meant to come off, and it does, every single time I vacuum, so a little annoying. When emptying the dust cup - the very fine dust will poof everywhere, if possible empty this outside or be prepared to wipe up the fine dust. It does not hold the charge very long, about a half hour, but that's long enough for me to do my entire apartment. It takes a couple/three hours to charge. The suction is great, very strong, if I am not careful when vacuuming my bathroom rug it will suck the corners right up into the brush part. Most of my floors are hardwood an no matter how many times I swept or vacuumed it always felt dirty on my bare feet. With this vacuum I now know what super clean feels like. Sucks up all sizes of dirt and crud. Some crumbs in the kitchen, small peanuts in the living room. The light on it, well I didn't think I really needed it, but I love it, you can see all the stuff you might miss otherwise. I have a dark grey couch, the light enabled me to see all the dead skin that was on my couch. Once you see that, vacuuming your couch will become a regular occurrence. Overall this is a very good vacuum. I would definitely buy again and certainly recommend. The price is right compared to some other cordless stick vacuums. Black and Decker is a well known company and stands behind their products - I know this from experience with a different product. Their customer service is outstanding. Just buy it!

Là où je suis déçue c'est que dans le colis il manquait la pièce pour fixer l'aspirateur au mur. D'après le service client la seule façon de l'obtenir : renvoyer le produit, attendre la vérification du colis, attendre le remboursement, et commander à nouveau. C'est beaucoup de désagrément.

    This vacuum worked really well for 6 weeks but then the brush stopped spinning and sometimes it won’t even turn on. It is still under warranty, but we’ve been unable to return it to 鶹, reach 鶹 customer support, or reach anyone on customer support for Black and Decker. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting advice we can find online to fix it. We’ll continue to try to get help for warranty replacement, but I’m really disappointed with both 鶹 and black and decker. Would not recommend.

    Es una aspiradora potente, la carga dura como media hora o un poco mas, dependiendo de la fuerza que selecciones, es fácil de usar y de vaciar, recoge muy bien pelo de mascotas y hasta polvo, su carga es lenta como de tres horas pero para mi es excelente, ligera y de muy buen material, la recomiendo mucho.

    Super práctica, manejable, ligera, tiene succión potente.

    El ruído que genera mientras está en uso es alto, quizá logre incomodar a las personas que estén en casa mientras esté en uso, en mi caso, no tengo inconveniente porque la desocupo rápido, es decir, aspira con velocidad y es poco lo que la necesito. La carga dura alrededor de 30 minutos, en mi caso todos los días la dejo cargando en un lugar que no estorbe, así cuando la use no tenga el problema de que se descargue y deje la aspirada inconclusa 😉

    La aspiradora me duró 3 meses.
    En noviembre 2022 dejó de aspirar, estaba feliz con la compra, pero no resistió, realmente la usaba poco, no hacía carga pesada con ella.
    Buscaré comprar otra marca.

    Looking for a lightvweight stick vac to use between uses with a beast of a canister vac. I have a messy husband and a golden retriever, so married folk and dog lovers can relate. Put everything together and started in (it was not fully
    charged, out of the box, so didn't last long). Fully charged, here's the scoop: it kind of pulls you along; it will stand upon its' own; almost fully made of plastic, so you have to be careful what you run over or bump into; it will pick up small debris from the doormat (indoor and outdoor); it is not powerful enough to "eat" the scatter rugs while picking stuff up from them; it's easy to dump out the dust cup and it holds quite a bit; the dust cup is easily washed and the foam disc pad that goes on top of the cyclonic unit; the unit will charge without replacing the dust cup (which is drying); easy to put together and easy to break down to clean; managed to sweep the entire house on one
    charge, but didn't keep accurate time; the light in front illuminates all the dirt you need to clean up and things you missed. I'd say I like it so far.
    Some down-sides: the "owner's manual" is a joke as it is all pictures and warnings. I will visit the B&D website to find out if the plastic cyclonic unit can be washed and exactly how to remove the beater brush. Because it is plastic, I know that I will have to be extra careful when using this, but it is not my main vac, so it won't be getting the hard use that it does.
    If you want a good everyday alternative to a broom that will do some extra things, this might be the unit for you. It's a good price point and since I got mine on a Prime Day sale, it was a bit better. I'm on my second B&D Dustbuster in 15 years, so I think the brand speaks for itself
    TWO DAYS LATER: contacted B&D directly with an email about cleaning the cyclonic unit and received a reply the next day. Yes, you can clean the unit. Also found additional foam filters on 鶹 for a good price so one can be washed and be drying and another can be popped to keep going until the charge is done..
