The enclosure and cables are great quality. I've bought many products from Ugreen and love them, but assuming I may have received a dud this time around.

I have tried several M-key NVMe M.2 drives, both brand new and used, the enclosure powers on, but it does not read any of the drives :(

UPDATE: I have updated my rating based on the amazing customer service. I was just going to cut my losses and reorder another in the future as needed, chalking this up as a dud.

Customer service reached out and were amazing, unnecessarily so. It was determined to be a faulty unit and a refund was issued.

I would have continued purchasing Ugreen since the quality is amazing on every product I've ordered shy of this one failed piece.
