I really like the dial for setting the cook time and the quick 30 seconds, it's quiet. I hate microwave button beeps and the dial doesn't make a noise so it's just one beep when you press start. It does not fit a full size popcorn bag so now we get the snack size bags, which is fine and it doesn't fit a tall paper coffee cup but it fits our normal mugs and fits a dinner plate.

    I've never had a microwave last under a few years and this one died within 7 months. Dealing with the Galanz warranty/customer service has been exhausting (they will keep asking the same questions like your address to stall the process) and I still don't know if I'm even getting a refund after dealing with them for two weeks. It looks cool, but it takes ages to heat anything and from reviews offsite, it's a common product and warranty experience. Buy a more reputable brand- I won't be purchasing from this brand again.
