I purchased this pool last July, and had it up for half of July and all of august. I took it down after 1 and a half months to store for the colder months. I properly dried and stored the pool in a heated storage and took care to store it carefully. This year I set the pool up as instructed and followed all the instructions for both storage and set up perfectly. The pool is now FULL of holes and will not keep the water level up. I am extremely disappointed as I only used the pool for 1 and a half months last summer. I have found 2 large holes and hundreds or pin sized holes on the bottom that I am unable to patch. This is ridiculous and horrible quality. I’m extremely disappointed.

Purchased this year. Easy set up. Shocked the water and it left particles on the bottom of pool. Ran the pump for 8 hours for 3 days. Changed the filter 3 times and nothing changed. The water was turning green. We upgraded to a sand filter and pool cleared in a day.

Got this pool and it seemed ok at first, but once it was full had a pinhole leak under the strap that goes around the side of the pool which only became apparent after it was full. The connections for the hose/pump were leaky as well. I was supposed to get a full refund as I way defective, but never did get the full amount. When I inquired abt it they told me I had to wait for it to be processed, even tho they had already sent me a refund that was a fraction of the full refund i was supposed to get. It could be a good little pool for young kids if it weren't for the holes.

I have read several reviews and have no idea which planet a lot of the reviewers are living on. I bought my pool last summer, the first I have ever owned and maintained either above or in ground. As a complete rookie yearning for a cheap way of cooling off in a searing summer climate (central Georgia), I was skeptical about a $500 apparatus with a flimsy-looking pump. I assembled it quickly, filled it with a garden hose, put a $30 floating plastic module with chlorine capsules in it, and... VOILA! I have not put a drop of water in it since first filling, nor has the water been anything but crystal clear for the last 10 months. A cheap hand skimmer with an extendable paint handle is a must when the water gets too cold for immersion. But it suffices to remove pine straw, pollen, bugs and debris. Cleaning the pump filter by using the rubber plugs in the intake/outtake ports and spraying with a garden hose is an easy task. Hoses tend to spring leaks at their flexion points, but a coating of silicone quickly solves that issue. I have yet to install the cover for any reason. All in all a STEAL OF A DEAL for those in warm climates (I have used mine in 8 of the 12 months), but I'm not sure about how it would hold up (or be drained and disassembled) in areas of severe winters.

Pool quality- We filled up the pool for the first time yesterday and it just split from the water pressure and thankfully my son saw it before all of the water poured out. We patched it and hopefully it will hold. It was the weirdest thing and we don't understand it other than it was just poor quality. Somehow this particular pool slipped through the cracks of their "testing" that they claim they do. Unfortunately, it's past the 180 day warranty since we purchased it at the end of the summer season last year. We bought it then due to a sale. Just kept it in the packaging and brought it out this summer to use. Literally filled it up and the next day it split and was gushing water. I'm only writing this review to warn others that if you purchase this pool, don't wait... put it up and fill it up to be sure you don't have the same problem and can make a claim on the warranty, OR just don't buy this particular pool.
