- Reviewed in Canada on June 7, 2025Verified PurchaseLove these games
- Reviewed in Canada on January 20, 2025Verified PurchaseCame fast and was cheaper than picking it up at the store in our local town. Will definitely be buying more of these, they are so fun!
- Reviewed in Canada on December 3, 2021Verified PurchaseWe love these games and have played the whole series. This one was a bit easy compared to some others but did not disappoint and made for a nice family game night.
- Reviewed in Canada on January 5, 2025Verified PurchaseWe have played MANY exit games. Normally, we do use a couple of hints, but on this one, which was labelled as an easier game, we used hints on every puzzle. Even after reading the hints the logic behind how to get to the solution were still not clear. We normally try to keep the game pristine so we can et friends play it but this one is going in the trash.
- Reviewed in Canada on November 30, 2021Verified PurchaseSo. Much. Fun!!!!
- Reviewed in Canada on January 7, 2023Verified PurchaseDespite being labeled as easy in regard to its 2 star difficulty level, this Exit Game is not for beginners. All of the puzzles are quite challenging (and I have successfully completed several "expert" games), to the extent where I think I had to use the help and solution cards nearly everytime. Most of the time I was on the right track, I just couldn't get to the solution as it was not clear. I do not recommend this game if you are just starting out!
- Reviewed in Canada on December 22, 2024Verified PurchaseI've enjoyed most exit games I've played but this one was pretty bad, after looking at the hints there were a few puzzles that were really dumb.
- Reviewed in Canada on March 16, 2025Verified PurchaseRiddles and clues are not level 2 difficulty. This was a very frustrating game compared to other games at L2/3 difficulty in this series

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for two, and a great gift or date-nigth idea
Verified PurchaseThis is my second time doing an EXIT escape room puzzle, and I might be addicted. My 20y.o. daughter gave me another one (Enchanted Forest) for a birtday gift, and I enjoyed it so much that I bought this one as well. My husband and I did it together in our free time, and it was a blast. It was challenging enough to be very entertaining, and the hints kept us from getting stuck or overly frustrated. I loved it so much I already bought The Forbidden Castle (one copy for myself and another for the same daughter) and the EXIT Advent Calendar! We tried playing our first one together with our other girls (ages 17 and 18), but decided it's kind of difficult for more than two people to work on at any given time because you're usually looking at something physical, so I think these games are best for 1 or 2 people at a time. It's a great idea for a stay-at-home date night or game night, but plan for several hours of work at least.

5.0 out of 5 stars One time game, but excellent puzzles
Verified PurchaseThis entire series is fantastic fun. My family loves solving the puzzles as a team. Plan on a couple of hours to finish. The only downside is the lack of replay, as cards and materials are destroyed in the solutions, so you can't even gift or resell once done.
But you can't beat it for a family escape room experience in your own livong room.

5.0 out of 5 stars Harder than I expected
Verified PurchaseGreat game! We’ve done several of these and I found this one harder than ones with higher ratings. Technically it says up to 4 players, but after playing a few I feel like they’re better for 2 players. It’s just easier to look over the paperwork/puzzles in a smaller group. I recommend this game.

4.0 out of 5 stars More difficult than expected
Verified PurchaseTook 4 adults maybe 5 hours to solve this problem. 2 adults have done previous challenges like these, escape rooms, advent calendar challenges and the other 2 just a couple of similar challenges. Maybe we were looking at the questions too deeply. It was interesting though and we wanted to get to the end.
