Switch at Will of High & Low Flow Rates: WORKPRO heavy duty caulking gun allows for switching between high and low flow rates. Pull the trigger handle downwards, the high of setting thrust ratio 18:1 for using with adhesive materials. Push the trigger handle upwards, the low setting of thrust ratio 9:1 for using with acrylic materials.
Drip Controllable: The hand caulk gun can switch from drip to no-drip for dispensing desired application. Press down on the front of the red button, this process stops the caulk from flowing and allows for clean, smooth transitions and less mess to clean up. Press down towards the rear of the red button, this mode keeps constant pressure on the tube for providing smoother action and quicker working.
Allows for Effortless Maneuvering in Tight Areas: The sealant cartridge gun with a rotating barrel can effortlessly reach hard-to-reach places. A rotating shaft is designed to allow easy maneuvering in tight areas. WORKPRO's half-barrel frame caulking gun is ideal for standard size 10oz cartridges.
Smooth Roud Rod for Less Force Required: Smooth plungers allow more control and more thrust to push the caulk. The smooth round rod with spring-loaded thumb release offers a quieter and less effortful project than a ratchet rod.
Comfortable Grip: The trigger with a soft grip improves grip comfort and prevents your fingers from hurting when you are caulking. The handle and trigger of the cartridge gun are made of ergonomics plastic, which is comfortable for a long time using.

The caulking gun definitely is better than anything sold now at home depot all their guns are plastic or break quickly. I only use this for pl8x which is cement like adhesive that comes extremely slow with lots of strength on other caulking guns on this there is no effort. So this one replaces a gun that is less than 3 months old and the other one had all the features that this one has including one extra and that was it had a little nozzle tip cutter built into the handle and this one doesn't that's the reason it only gets four out of five stars.
This has some pretty neat features what I primarily use this for is for ceiling around windows and doors I've also built out our basement and so the bathroom of course required a lot of caulking tubes.
It's built well I like the swivel barrel that's a nice feature my other one had that as well the ability to pierce the tubes most have that now that's pretty standard thing but this one has the ability to reduce The strokes or the depth of stroke by the little lever on the top I haven't used it so far but it is a cool feature in the event that I'm using I have no drip scenario that's going to come in handy.
I do hope it lasts longer than my previous one which even though is 5 out of five stars broke due to a week spot that this one doesn't have.

I’ve been using the most basic hardware store caulking gun for decades. Many reviews on “drip-free” ones say that they’re not worth it and don’t actually stop the flow but someone I knew recommended it and uses it all the time so I decided to try. So glad I did. It truly is drip free and has extra settings for different functions. It is so nice to not have to be dealing with all the ever-oozing silicone. The handle is nice and you have good control over the pressure (I have very small hands so it is a bit bulky for me but that’s not an issue with the quality or function, just something to note.) It would be nice to have the option for the tube to lock in one position. Otherwise a good purchase for diy projects.

This has lots of useful features that are more often found on products that are twice the price.
Usually I buy "name brand" tools, having been stung numerous times by �鶹�� "chinese specials" that promise the world and then fail immediately. This is not one of those tools.
The grip is comfortable to use for hours at a time, the adjustable leverage ratio genuinely makes it dead easy to squeeze out thick sealant through a thin nozzle, it is easy to swap tubes, and it just seems to get on with the job.
Having the "tube stabber" on the handle is useful too.

Lavorando quotidianamente in cantiere, cercavo una pistola per silicone che fosse davvero resistente e comoda da usare anche con materiali più densi. Dopo averne provate diverse, ho deciso di puntare su questa WORKPRO… e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative.

La prima cosa che colpisce è la solidità: materiali davvero robusti, niente plastica, e si percepisce subito che è fatta per durare. L’impugnatura è comoda anche dopo un uso prolungato e la struttura permette una buona stabilità anche quando si lavora in posizioni scomode.

Il punto forte, però, è il doppio sistema di spinta:

Il rapporto 9:1 è perfetto per siliconi e materiali più morbidi.

Il rapporto 18:1, invece, è una manna quando si usano adesivi più duri o siliconi che con altre pistole ti fanno impazzire. Altro dettaglio utilissimo è il meccanismo goccia/antigoccia, che permette di avere sempre il controllo del flusso.

Unico appunto: per chi la prende per il fai da te casalingo, potrebbe sembrare sovradimensionata, ma per un uso intenso o professionale è semplicemente perfetta.
