This device works ok.

If I walk a few feet away from the dongle, I immediately start hearing interference then disconnects. When I restart my pc with the dongle connected, I must reinsert it every time for it to work.

Update: After I *upgraded* to Windows 11 from 10, the device simply stopped working.
When I check in my "Device Manager" for driver information, I get this message:

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
(Code 31)"

So, I'm just about done with this device, it's going in the recycling.

Otherwise, drivers can only be downloaded on USA website, needed VPN to access it as ugreen website will redirect you without an alternative driver download page. Followed every step on installation manual, shows installation successful. The off chance it shows device connected, it does not work and gets disconnected a few minutes later. Bluetooth headphones (two different pairs) used to attempt to connect have no issues connecting to other devices.

When it comes installing Ugreen software : All Realtek drivers are (most of the time) already installed on your system.
