Charging	Step 1: Connect the micro-USB end of the charging cable to the charging port of the Bluetooth adapter. Step 2: The LED indicator will turn red when charging. It will automatically turn off when the device is fully charged.
Pair in TX mode	Step 1: Adjust the adapter to TX. Step 2: Place your Bluetooth audio receiving device within a 3 feet/1 meter range and set it to pairing mode. Step 3: Long press the Adapter power button for 7 seconds (the LED indicator will flash slowly first, do not let go of your hand, and wait until the next time the indicator flashes rapidly). Then wait for the pairing (LED indicator in solid blue).
Pair in RX mode	Step 1: Adjust the adapter to RX. Step 2: Press and hold the Adapter power button for 7 seconds (the LED light will blink slowly in blue for the first time, do not let go, wait for the next red and blue lights to flash alternately). Step 3: Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone and search for the nearby Bluetooth devices. Step 4: Find the peoduct in the search results and tap on it to connect. so I made sure to understand the item. what I failed to make sure of was that the tv this was meant to connect to , had the appropriate ports to be able to use it. unfortunately the tv did not.

tried to get around it by ordering some adapters and that didn't work either, 100% certain is was the adapters that failed to perform. because we tested the item on other devices and it performed flawlessly. it paired quick, music was transmitted clearly, everything was great except we failed to make sure the tv would be able to take it.

so if you have covered all your bases, you know that connection wise everything will work, then order it up and you won't be disappointed.

I was looking to make use of my PS2 and PS3 again with a Bluetooth headset, and so I picked this device up in the hopes of doing just that. However, it wasn't anywhere close to sufficient for this task.

The device "worked" the first time I used it, but with a rather loud buzz regardless of which cable was used to connect it to my TV (and I tested two different TVs to make sure it wasn't just the port).
The second time I used this device, no audio came from one side of my headset, despite the headset working like normal with other devices.
The third time I attempted to use it, it flat-out refused to pair with anything, much like other reviewers have mentioned.

Since it's now entirely useless after three brief uses, I wouldn't recommend this device whatsoever. If I could rate it lower than 1, I would.

I can not say enough good thing about this effective devise ! I originally bought this Bluetooth Receiver/ Transmitter to stream Sirius MX Radio to an old boom box. I have a Scription to Sirius MX satellite Radio for my truck, which gave me a free online streaming service available to me. So I found the most efficient way listen to Sirius MX in my back yard to stream the music to my old boom box. The Boom Box had an auxiliary input jack that fit the 3.5 cable. Just had to plug and PLAY !!! Now I have all the music I need in my Back yard, with all the music selection from Sirius MX and my I-Tunes play list. Perfect! At that point I like it so much I bought two more of these Bluetooth Transmitter/Receives . I duplicated the setup with the stereo in my garage where I do a lot of weekend tinkering, fixing things. I use the third Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver on my MOTORCYCLE!!!! The first two setup used the Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver in the Receive Mode. On my third setup I had a different application. You see I use a Scala Rider Q3 on my helmet . This Scala Rider Q3 allows me to interface to more than one Bluetooth device . The Scala Rider Q3 is a Multi functional devicethat will play FM radio , my I-Tune play list , receive phone calls and an COM system between other Scala Rider Q3 units. But I could not play Sirius MX radio until now . I put a Sirius MX car kit on my motorcycle. The car kit Sirius MX radio has a audio out Jack. I plugged this Bluetooth Transmitter/ Receiver into this jack and put the unit into transmission mode. I now have the Sirius Mx radio sound in my ear headset in my helmet! Perfect!!!!!

So I use three of these units , one in my back yard ( receive mod) , one in my garage ( receive mode) and the third on my motor cycle . ( in transmitter mode) This unit works!

Awful. Literally has the meme voice synonymous with cheap barely functional crap. The heavily accented "The Bluetooth device is connected successfully" voice.

But the main problem is the audio quality is terrible. It's tinny and grating on the ears. Makes everything sound cheap. You could never watch a movie or TV with this. It sounds like a bad phone speaker. No bass, at all. And I compared it to a similar device that sounds just fine.

It's not just transmitting the audio cleanly, it's filtering the audio heavily I'm making it sound like an old phone call.
