Great camera bag

- Reviewed in Canada on December 8, 2019Verified PurchaseLike most photographers we have many bags and each is good for a specific thing however I think I have found the one bag that can do it all for me. Excellent quality of materials, fast easy zippers, ample space and highly configurable, single side camera access, tripod or water bottle external pocket, easily fits a 15" laptop securely and expandable storage thanks to the roll top. The bag also has a great shape that I appreciate, rectangular and not bulking looking; actually very stylish but doesn't scream camera bag like Lowepro and others in that category. The internal dividers and there are many of them, are thick and protective with a hard yet flexible internal rigid design. I also appreciate the include velcro straps to further secure equipment. Great velcro adhesion so things stay put - a hard thing to come by in cheaper bags. Comfort is really good with overly padded straps and back rest. There is a waist strap if you want or detachable if you don't want to use it. At 6'1" this is the first bag that I can easily swing to my side to get camera access from the side zippered flap and this is due to the design of less bulk. I don't feel like I am swing around a turtle shell that catches your arm. Great design. Excellent amount of room in zippered pockets in the the front zippered opening. i am not all that sold on mesh pockets so it's nice to see fully zippered pockets of different sizes used here. Keeps wandering eyes at a distance fir security. The memory card pocket on the inside of the camera access flap on the side is a nice add on and the interior of the bag is fitted with a nice lining very reminiscent of Lowepro or similar much more expensive bags. Dollar for dollar you really can't go wrong with this bag especially when an equivalently built bag would cost twice as much. The bag holds my Lumix S1( this is a large FF mirrorless - much bigger than say a Sony Ar7 or Nikon Z6/7) with a 24-105 attached with lens hood extended, three flashes, my Leica Q and accessories all in the main camera compartment with no problem - lots or room and configurability as mentioned Do your research, check out the reviews and You Tube videos on this bag and you will quickly see why it's getting excellent reviews. rain cover is built in at the bottom and the exterior material is described as water repellant but have not been a rain situation to test this out - not that I carry this type of gear in the rain so the rain cover is insurance and nice that it is included.
Note: if you are put off with the roll top and the way it looks in the photos - like you are carrying a yoga mat on it - simply take each corner at the zipper and fold it into the centre as you roll it. Result is a perfectly uniform bag shape.
- Reviewed in Canada on March 21, 2020Verified PurchaseI am more that happy with this backpack. It holds 2 mirrorless camera bodies, 4 lenses, batteries, chargers, and various accessories with plenty of room to spare. There are numerous pockets for storing anything you may need and allows for a lot of flexibility. The side access allows you to get at your camera without removing the pack.
I had it out for a good long hike today and found that it is quite comfortable. There is plenty of padding and support against the back, and wide and well padded shoulder and hip straps.
The pack is made of quite heavy, ripstop material that seems like it will last a long time. The seams are solid and I have not seen any areas where they are separating at all. All of the zippers are good quality and function well.
I tested the material for water resistance. The water beaded and rolled off. There is also a rain cover for those heavy rain days.
The roll-up top section should come in handy for traveling or to pack food or extra clothing. I wasn't a fan of the look when rolled up, but found it was easy to fold (as shown) that appears a little better.

- Reviewed in Canada on June 20, 2020Verified PurchaseThe good: The bag is a strong durable canvas like (water resistant) material. It has all the necessities that are desired of in a camera bag. It has a quick access side with a built in battery and sd compartment. Which makes the panel far more usable. I found with other bags I never used that. It also gives a ton! Of dividers for the inside and many straps to secure the camera and or lenses in place.
Good or bad: the bag has many pieces of cardboard built in through out the bag to make the bag quite ridged. It does feel very sturdy and not a flimsy product.
Overall the bag shows well and implements many well thought out design aspects.
The bad: the top is separate from the rest of the bag. from my initial impressions, I thought the bag would be able to accommodate a very large telephoto lense when opened all the way. That is not the case. The rollable part on top, is only that. It is a bag on top of a bag. It would prove far more useful if the bag on top could come off. I believe it would make this bag one of the better bags on the market for the price if it were Removable.
I find myself often in need of a smaller bag/backpack when Carrying only the camera and maybe an additional lense. The bag is not small by any means, it is on the larger size. But still comfortable for a smaller individual. But carrying it around with you and all the equipment inside, can become a daunting task.
What I would change: I would make the bag on top removable with draw string style backpack handles. This would not only make the bag far more versatile, it would cut down the size and weight of the bag when needed.

- Reviewed in Canada on May 19, 2021Verified PurchaseThis bag is the ultimate camera bag. Weather u are traveling or kjust going out for the day, this bag is all you need, it's bigenough to fit 2 dslr cameras, 4 lenses, batter and still has room, it also has a great roll up compartments on to for storage, clothes etc. And there is a laptop compartment. Highly recommend this bag. Pro: big bag, solid and sturdy, very high end. Cons: took way too long to relieve, almost a month but other than that this bag is right up there with all the proffessional lowpro bags.
- Reviewed in Canada on November 1, 2024Verified PurchaseMy opinion is obviously subjective as everyone is looking for something different with their bags but this honestly is hands down the best bag I've owned. I have owned many. Many camera bags require access through the back but the fact this is a front-load is amazing. The removable laptop case is a huge plus but even with it on the profile of the bag is still amazingly compact, compared to others which tend to be bulky. If the only thing I would wish for with this bag is a few more zip pockets inside and a built-in waterproof bag pocket. If you're looking for an inconspicuous roll top camera bag, there is no other choice but this.

5.0 out of 5 stars La más versátil!!!
Altamente recomendada.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sehr schöner Fotorucksack

5.0 out of 5 stars Excelente mochila

5.0 out of 5 stars ES PERFECTA!

5.0 out of 5 stars Viel Platz und sehr bequem zu tragen
Faltet man den Bereich hoch, dann passt da richtig was rein.
