Tips:

  • Please not put the pizza dough directly onto the peel without some kind of coating
  • Please not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe
  • Please not leave the pizza peel for a long time in the oven to avoid the wooden handle from burning out
  • Please not slice the pizza directly on the peel. It may damage your knife blade or leave scratches on the peel

Product specifications:

  • Large enough for a 12” pizza
  • 12” by 14” Food grade aluminum blade
  • 13” All-Natural Oak Handle
  • 25” when fully unfolded

METHOD OF USE:

1.Turn the wood knob to loosen the screw and turn handle 180°. Firmly tighten the handle prior to use.

2.Sprinkle with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran to allow the pizza, bread and baked goods to slide easily onto the peel.

3.Carefully place onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray with the peel.

4.Once finished cooking, slide out the pizza, bread or baked goods from the oven using the peel.
