Carb fit my 190cc 22” Toro Recycler perfectly. The needle and seat was worn in the original and caused flooding and no starts periodically. Most of these small engine carbs corrode internally due to gas with ETHANOL. Use premium grade and you will never have that problem. After 10 years of service the original carb was perfectly clean , no corrosion whatsoever.
