Despite their ad showing them stacked these do not stack! For some reason they rounded the housing instead of keeping them square like their single outlet models. Too bad, I can’t use them as desired. One drops connection every so often now too.

    I really like these. The form factor is good, and the on/off switches for each outlet is a nice option should you wish to manually turn an outlet on/off.

    They pair easily and work well with IOS, HomeKit, Android, Alexa, and more.

    I especially like that they add more smart outlets without obstructing other outlets when you plug them into a wall socket.

    I would definitely recommend them to others.

    You MUST factory reset these before installing, and even then the QR code doesn't work. I had to manually enter the code. The outlets themselves have a QR code on them but it's tiny, and they forgot to put stikers for them inside the manuals. Honestly I wish this brand wasn't so frustrating and unreliable for installation.

    What I received was a tiny cardboard box without a single seal on it, plus it was dirty and have fingerprints all over it. There are two plus placed loosely in the box, but they were the wrong model and did not connect to the network. The image on the box shows the correct item, but the items inside were replaced with broken ones by someone. There was also no instruction manual. Anyway, worst purchasing experience I have had so far.

    It really is too bad that you must buy things before knowing the quality.
    I have to give all of the meross products I tried only 2 stars. They get these for compatibility effort and look/feel. I could not give 3 stars because of failure in basic functionality.

    I have tried the dual smart plugs, the single mini plugs, the outdoor plug and the garage door opener, which oddly is rebranded as Refoss. The outdoor plugs (I tried 2 of them) both failed in setup and never would connect. Everything else falls off the network, stops talking to HomeKit or simply fails completely where even manual operation of the switch does not work. Removing and restoring power reboots the device and it comes right back on line.

    Since these wifi smart plugs fail in basic functionality of staying connected to my smart home, they get only 2 stars. The five other brands of smart wifi HomeKit devices which I have all have no trouble staying connected and working.

    I received these plugs and clearly they were used. The last time this happened, a Meross light switch, 鶹 refused to refund it as it was over the 30 day return period. I sent them pictures showing that it was not even HomeKit compatible ans I had ordered and that it was used (wires were clearly cut as someone had tried to install it). So I wrote to Meross having low expectations and told them the 鶹 story. To my surprise they happily sent me a new one. So buyer beware of getting used/defective material from 鶹. In this case it is better to buy directly from the company and Meross deserves 5 stars.
