    I bought this to connect my generator to my house gas line in the event of a blackout. All connections work properly. The fittings are high quality looking. The 1/2 quick connect has the CSA stamp on it, and there is a CSA tag attached.

    I didn't have the same problem as some other people reported, which was that the 3/8 connector bottomed out and they had to make some modifications. For me, the connectors worked fine as is.

    The hose looks like the same hose as all these companies on 鶹 sell. The hose is identical to another hose I bought from another company for my bbq last year. It's probably one big manufacturer making the hose and selling it to companies that put their own fittings on it.

    I didn't measure the length, so I can't say whether it's the full length or not, but they definitely wouldn't have been able to fit anything longer in the box.

    I'm satisfied, and I got it for a killer price here on 鶹 (can't say what I paid, but it was far cheaper than alternatives from other companies).

    Works well but a couple of notes: Put it in the sun to warm up. That will make it a lot more flexible and easy to work with. Also, as another reviewer noted, the 3/8" to 1/2" adapter was too deep to properly seat on the generator 3/8" fitting. I had to remove a little brass from the female end in order to get the taper to seat. Be aware that at least on some generators it will feel tight, but won't be sealed. Definitely spray with soapy water to check for leaks when propane is on.
