    Ce n’est pas un vrai panneau solaire. C’est une batterie que vous devez recharger à l’aide du câble USB. Le panneau solaire ne sert qu’à aider à maintenir la charge de cette batterie. (Vous devez être vraiment au soleil pour que ça fonctionne, autrement le panneau solaire ne maintiendra pas la batterie.)

    There were no instructions included as to how long this product has to typically charge for. Out of the box it had one light out of four, showing as a partial charge. I put it outside during two days of intermittent sun, and it then showed two lights. I was hopeful! Now it has been outside for three extra days with plenty of strong sun rays to soak up and it simply will not charge further. Very frustrating as even the cheapest solar string decor lights charge quickly and efficiently. Far too expensive for such slowpoke performance issues and am sending it back. It gave me only two lights and I am giving it only two stars.

    I saw mixed reviews about this fitting the Spypoint Link Micro so I'll report my findings.

    The connector/plug is big so when you plug it into the Link Micro you have to bend it ever so slightly. Not enough to damage and it seems to fit fine without wanting to back out.

    The issue you may have is when you add security to the camera.
    If you just strap the camera to a tree without any locks or security boxes you'll be fine.

    I use a master lock cable lock which interferes with the plug but I can still wedge it in and it works.
    If I had a thicker one it probably wouldn't. I can also see it not working or having trouble getting it to work if you were to put the camera in one of the security boxes.

    I run 10 game cameras throughout my property. The 12v batteries in a box work great but require you buy a separate solar panel, adapt it to fit the batt box, then mount both separately. So when I found these combined units online about $15-20 less than buying batt an panel separately, it seemed like a great idea. Between Oct 2020 and Nov 2023 I purchased a total of 8 units. A total of 4 have now failed!! I see two major design flaws, both where the power cable exits the batt pack. 1) The outlet gasket does not seal. and 2) The outlet is on the hinged end, meaning if you mount the pak so the panel can be tipped out toward the sun as designed the non-waterproof outlet is on top. The first pak to fail was obvious the batt ruptured. When the second pak failed I opened it to find water inside and realized the power cable outlet was placed on top and not sealed. I proceeded to ensure all packs were mounted flat, placing the cable outlet on the side. This is no easy task as they are mounted on vertical posts and trees. Two more have now failed. The most recent is the one pictured.
    The included pics show dirt and debris on the grommet as well as the lack of any indention or pressure marks that would be present if it fit tightly. SO, NOT SEALED. Pics also show water condensed inside.
    When bench checked with a circuit tester the solar panel seems to still work, but the batt is dead.
    I’m changing to the new model batt in a box w/ attached solar panel. This one definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

    I'm on the fence about these solar packs. They work great WHEN the cable that connects to the camera does not get bent. I have not been able to reach the manufacturer to get a reply on proper replacement connection cables that is really disheartening because I have 10 of these solar packs connected to trail cameras throughout the farm monitoring gates. It's becoming rather expensive to replace the entire unit when the cable breaks. I've sent numerous emails to their customer service and I have replied with the information they've asked.... but that is where the communication stops.
